Very clean property. Nice and quiet. Great service the staff was very helpful. The rooms look renovated and the amenities were good. New charging stations / electric outlets were convenient to get all my gadgets charged up. The owners were both very pleasant and very helpful. At check-in they answered all my questions about my Trip Advisor room booking and payment.

Convenient - We are located in the heart of Woodland, CA. Walking distance to charming historic downtown Woodland where you'll find many "Mom & Pop" restaurants, bars and shops. Additionally, the hotel is located just a short drive away from the Sacramento International Airport, Cache Creek Casino Resort and UC Davis.

Not too bad for a quick stop. Not the cleanest place though. There was hair in the shower and used shampoo left inside too. Very strong cleaning smell in the place that smacks you in the face when you open the door. The door was hard to open and close, so make sure to lock the the behind you to make sure it's actually closed. The walls are paper thin. You can hear people talking, their tvs, and you can hear them walking on the floor above you. It has a cute lay out though. They have free wi-fi that isn't password protected. They give you a password for it, but I wasn't required to enter one.. The

Very convenient location, nice big room, very clean! Was fairly quiet and very close to the airport. The staff at check-in was professional but a little brusque, but we checked in quite late so I can understand being tired :) Doesn't look like anything very special from the outside, but was nice and bright in the room and spacious. Would come back!

The room was nice, the staff was pushy and a little rude. Stayed here 3 days and the key to the room never worked.. and then after all the stress of being here they refused to return the 100$ deposit because after the third day I couldn’t find the half slip of paper so they claimed there was nothing they could do

The service was friendly and helpful, they were able push my dates one day further as I was not gonna make the actual check in date. The room was fantastic, lot of room, big bathroom, clean, small office table and chair, sofa and coffee table to chill, microwave, free wifi that works and mini fridge with TV. The parking gets full if you intend to check in late in the evening, street parking was available for free provided by City of Woodland. Gem of a place to stay near downtown Woodland areas
