I’m three months pregnant & have a painful rash on my face. I called to to get an appointment with Dr. Liora. The person who made the appointment for me asked for my insurance over the phone but did not ask details like whether I was HMO or PPO. She emailed me a portal that simply did not work. (I tried to fill it out 6 times) & even emailed them several times for help.
Then the morning of the appointment that I waited days for called to tell me that I could not come in without a referral.
I'm in a lot of pain & waited days for this appointment If you have people working your front desk why

Dr Rhee previously treated me for Psoriasis and PSA, and when she opened Liora I followed her.
A lovely office setting with a fantastic team headed up by the real stars of the show Ahava and Noha. For those who know them would agree and for new patients you are in for a treat.
These little pups rock and make an already fantastic team and service sparkle. I recommend Dr Rhee and her team for all your dermatological needs. Simply wonderful.

I previously saw Dr. Rhee at another practice and enjoyed working with her so much that I followed her to LIORA. Very excited to see her with her own practice, and outfitted with so many additional tools! I also sent my husband to her. I had a great experience with Dr Rhee. I like that she took the time to listen to my skin concerns and learn about my skincare routine before making recommendations and treatments. She made me feel comfortable and did a great job explaining everything. The office is also well decorated and her team is great. I like that they voluntarily explained some quirks with my health insurance before the appointment so that I wouldn’t be surprised. Will definitely be back!
