We've had the utmost pleasure to work with Sutter Sugar in purchasing our home, and my mother and father in law worked with Sutter to purchase a home as well. We recently used Paul Chavez of Q Realty to sell our house. To say that we could not be happier with his service would be an understatement. Paul responds very quickly to any question or concern. He provides timely updates on progress. We did not have to remind him about anything. His attention to detail is exceptional.

In 2011, I was a prospective first-time.homebuyer. John Kynor was assigned as my buyer's agent through a program set up by my lender. He proved to be exceptional in all areas - tremendous knowledge to answer my many questions and personalized service that put me at ease throughout the search and bidding process. I was especially impressed with John's effective use of technology that made searching for homes and making an offer as easy as possible. Overall, a great experience. I had two occasions to work with John Kynor. First when we moved to Albuquerque and a second time when we left Albuquerque. John and I walked through no less than 30 homes over the course of two weeks. John was incredibly insightful for someone new to Albuquerque. Selling your home is one of the most stressful experiences you can have in a life time. Not so with Q Realty! Not only was I going through a divorce, but also a company relocation (two more huge stress loads!) John Kynor and his team made selling my home A PIECE OF CAKE!

John Kynor sold me my house 5 years ago. He came highly recommended from the owner of a local real estate firm. The price range I was looking for was nothing special but John treated me like I was purchasing a $1 million dollar house. We must have looked at 50-60 homes before finding the "right one."
