Today's experience was by far the poorest we have have ever experienced at El Nuevo Tequila. Service was so subpar I was to the point of walking out. I believe I can count on one hand the amount of times I have never left a tip for a server and tonight was one of those. The amount of time we waited at our table for service to even be asked our order was well over 30 minutes. We had to ask for cheese dip 3 times and did not receive it until a manager asked us how we were doing. Had to ask for refills from the manager. People who were ordering alcoholic beverages were getting all the attention from

There was plenty of parking out front. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was good! The one thing I would change about this place is the green salt on the cocktail glasses! No one wants or needs green salt that turns your tongue and hands green and runs down the glass and drips on your clothes from the condensation on the glass! Other than the green salt everything was great!

First time visiting this restaurant, let me tell you the food is delicious, the horchata is very good, no the one from the store, the portions are super big and the prices very affordable and similar to other restaurants I’ve been. They have a variety in the menu, also they have a bar and I was told the drinks were good as well. If you’re in this area and want to eat Mexican food this is the place you definitely need to come. As for the customer service, excellent, thank you guys keep up the good work.

This is the BEST MEXICAN restaurant that I have visited in years. The food was awesome the service was very responsive and the facilities are tasteful and clean. I ordered the lunch steak fajitas and my tastebuds were treated to the BEST EVER FAJITA EXPERIENCE. With a FRESH ALL-NATURAL JUICE, My bill came in at $11 so I gave them a $20 and told them to keep the change. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK SOON.
