I took my vehicle into Mike's body shop after I was hit by another. This was going to be out of pocket deal. This guys are very professional. They not only provided what I thought was a favorable quote but they fixed the vehicle within the days specified. The lady I spoke to on the phone was courteous and professional. I am very pleased with Mike’s Auto Body. I was concerned at first because an uninsured motorist hit me, causing almost $20,000 worth of damage to my car - and I do not have a very expensive car; still, my insurance wanted to repair it. My car was in the shop for almost 3 months and I was very frustrated being without a vehicle after my rental coverage exhausted. Diana was very nice - even though I called frequently and sent multiple e-mails. There was a parts delay/issue so I understood it wasn’t their fault, but it was still very upsetting. I've used Mike's twice over the past 25 years. This latest time they again did an awesome body repair job to my new Infiniti Q50. Had a fender bender, the damage was very minor. Just the same, you want a good job done and Mike's is the master. On time, extremely high quality work, great interaction with the staff. My opinion, Mike's is obviously THE standard for body repair in the Metroplex.

My photos aren't great, due to reflection & lighting, but the work done by Mike's was outstanding. I was parked & a truck backed into me, she was very nice about it & I used a shop that her insurance worked with in my hometown. From my first call my experience was great & a welcome relief in these crazy times! Diana was so helpful & instrumental in getting me a rental car. Was in an accident last week and dropped my car off here. Went to pick up my car and the paint on the bumper was off so they took the car back to the shop right away and I picked it back up the next day looking GREAT!!! They even buffed my car for the inconvenience! Great work guys! 👏👍

A month or so ago a woman hit my car when I was parked and it left a dent in the rear tire well and a streak of paint scratching along the side. I took it to Mikes Auto Body to get it repaired and it was finished in 2 days. When I picked the car up I noticed the rubber lining at the bottom of my drivers seat window seemed flaky and was peeling so I drove it back. They took my car back and repaired it in 5 minutes at no cost to me. The manager (I forget his name, I apologize) was so friendly and professional as was the rest of the staff! I was very pleased with my experience!

Had hail damage recently. The crew did a wonderful job taking care of the repairs and dealing with the insurance. Very reliable. Owner is honest and straight forward and does not cut corners. Bought a 94 mustang gt needed a full custom paint job as well as some mechanical work took it to mikes and boy am I glad I did. Car came out in pristine condition and told me if I ever have any issues with what they worked on I could notify them anytime car is still running like new, the staff was amazing treated me like I’ve known them for years, will definitely be bringing my business here again.
