It's the little things. For the most part, it's been smooth sailing. They're good people at HPM. Normally, I'd give them a 5 star. Which I had prior. But recently found that the online payment portal was not accessible. This was July Fourth weekend. Got home from travel and tried to make the payment on day five. Their system wouldn't allow access. I immediately logged in on the 6th and was able to send the payment. Mind you, it was their system that caused the error. I was told that I did in fact owe a nominal ($45) late fee because of this, which I don&apos

As an honest review, they do detailed checks before renting to tenants - which is great! They use a good company to screen service animals, which is also great. But, unfortunately they aren't as great as they seem, finding any possible reason to deny me due to my service animals. Which is against the law. I presented all the correct paperwork, everything was approved by my doctors and a legal team, and they claimed to deny us due to damage we had done to our current property, which was clearly a lie on their end seeing as we are still living there and it hasn't been inspected for damage

We've used Hardee Property Management for over 30 years to take care of a rental home we own in Boise. We moved away from Idaho and needed someone to take care of maintaining the house, screening renters, and all that. We knew Dorothy because she had helped us buy the house in the first place. It's been 30 years without a complaint on our part. We couldn't be happier with their professionalism and service.
