I called to get my mothers car back on the road. It was cold and she was stranded in the mountains. I paid a $100 deposit at 6pm. The tow was about an hour away from their shop. I sent the exact pinned location from hers and my location sharing. At 11pm my mother calls to let me know that a stranger had stopped and was currently pulling her out. When I reached out to the tow company, I got a message back stating he couldn't find her. Also stated that he had spotty coverage. Spotty coverage???? But enough to message me back??? Why wouldn't you call the paying customer to let them know you weren

My car was illegally towed from The District apartments the other night. They were advised not to tow any cars but for whatever reason they still did it. They also scratched my vehicle in the process. The driver was extremely rude and the kid that answered the phone had no idea about the cost of the tow. Fortunately, it was their mistake and all the cars that are towed that night were refunded. Poor business communication on their part.

I had no intent to use this business. Instead, they acted outside of the scope of their contract with the property management company and towed my rental car from my daughter's apartment complex. The lease agreement states that a vehicle must be left for 24+ hours before it will be towed. That didn't happen. They also didn't give notice, which is also required by municipal code.
When we went downstairs to ask the truck operator why our car had been stolen - I mean towed - he stated that he patrols the lot and impounds cars that don't have parking permits. Again, this is outside of the scope of

If negative stars could be made I’d hit the minus -5 star. Mr. Wyatt calls this place a business? The call facility is operated out of India so expect to wait hours for a human to answer, while you’re waiting for a Genie to appear out of an temporary expired permit trailer. - no onsite workers, no direction or ordinance.
What operation is this? I understand that vehicles get towed and it’s the drivers risk and pay the fee, however out of respect you shouldn’t jeopardize an individuals an entire day with the unknown. Hire some workers Mr. Wyatt, you should at least start with business 1101

My daughter’s visitor parking pass had inadvertently fallen off the rear view mirror but was still visible in car. This company towed her car from her girlfriend’s apartment complex and charged her $222 to get it back. I called the company but got nowhere with their rude receptionist. It really should be criminal how these tow companies take advantage of college students. I live in a college town also and we have the same problem here with tow companies. I understand that college students are easy money and that there are legitimate circumstances where cars need to be towed but this was just

This towing company literally saved me!! I locked my keys in my car and was stuck far from home on a cold evening. They were incredibly friendly and took great care to get me back into my car without damaging my car at all. 10/10 would recommend!

Most remarkable crew! Helped me immensely, even though my rental service made me use their own tow service, these folks did everything to make my wreck less stressful! From the crew that swept up the shattered mess on the road to the staff who offered me water, a place to sit and put my stuff, as well as a phone charger to use and hand carried my paperwork to the state patrol! Great great humans!!! THANK YOU!! Annette

Moved into a new condo on December 1st. My parking pass has yet to come in the mail. My HOA has confirmed with me that I will not be towed but it makes me nerves to park without a permit. Today I called the tow company to see what they could do to insure I wouldn’t get towed. With prof from the HOA they were awesome, took photos of my car, and told me they would let their staff know not to tow me. Finally, I am able to sleep tonight without checking my security camera every hour to make sure my car is still there. I really appreciate that a tow company was genuinely willing to help me. Thank

Employees of Fort Collins towing do not wear uniforms. So after seeing someone walk around our fraternity parking lot looking into vehicles with a flashlight, I asked him what he was doing. The employee told me to "f*** off if it wasn't my car." They then tried to tow a maintenance vehicle that is employed by the same apartment complex. After throughly verbally assaulting the maintenance workers, I determined that the tow trucks license plate registration was expired. The operator called his boss frantically. Another truck arrives as had the first truck drop the vehicle, then began

What is lower than one star? Frankly-if you're doing business with them I won't be doing business with you. Preditory? Scummy? Yes. Sort of but it into the process with towing companies. But the complete unprofessionalism is stunning

Waited on north bound 25 for over an hour. Driver contacted again for exact location and said 10 to 20 minutes out. 5 minutes later got notification that driver had cancelled. Message sent was truck was not where Verizon roadside assistance said it was. EVEN though driver was only minutes away and service had already been paid for.

PLEASE DO NOT USE DO NOT USE DO NOT USE!
These lousy bums extorted $260 from my grandson after they towed his car out of the parking lot at College and Prospect. He left his car to transport a family member due to a medical emergency. Fort Collins Towing could care less. Just pay them their $260 for a three mile tow and they are happy. THIS MAKES ME SICK!
