Shaun's Towing & Recovery has my car. What do I do to get it back? Your vehicle will begin to accrue storage charges as soon as it arrives at our impound facility. The cost to claim your impounded car will increase at midnight each day that it is in our custody. Please note that if you wish to redeem your vehicle outside of normal business hours, an After Hours Release Fee will apply.

Sending my sincere thanks and appreciation to your service tech Nathan he literally came through with great timing and excellent communication! I have had trouble with my bmw for 6 months. It needs repair and I simply can not afford it. The battery is beyond dead and I couldn’t get into my car port at my home. There is a slight incline before reaching my parking spot. Thankfully Shauns Towing & recovery came through and Nathan took the extra time to explain my options and he had a positive attitude! I was panicking big time and freaking out because every attempt I had made to jump start the vehicle

Called them to have them pick up my vehicle. When they arrived they did not put the chains onto the vehicle properly and tore a 3-inch gash into my tires. Not sure how the tow truck driver didn't notice when the chain flew off and the tire when completely flat, but apparently he didn't. They dropped it off at the repair shop with a blown tire. When I called them to help to get the vehicle where I could get the tire repaired, they flatly refused and wanted to charge me again. I would not recommend this service, to anyone and it doesn't even seem like they know what they are doing.

My car was in some difficult positioning against a curb, and right in front of another curb, in a full parking lot. It looked impossible, but they managed to get it on the truck and to the Firestone I directed them to in no time, for a fair price. The driver was pleasant and professional, and paying was easy. I would use them again, and recommend them to others.
