When a family friend lost a close relation, I called to send a bouquet. No answering on the phone (I called no less than 7 times) and after leaving a message, there was NO return call. As I left a second message, my temper got the better of me. Indeed, I wouldn't call this business to order dead weeds to be sent to an enemy.

Erinn and her staff were amazing! I ordered their Love Pup arrangement but wanted to add my own little twist instead of just chocolate. They fulfilled all of my requests! Ordered a "lovely lavender" arrangement for my wife's birthday. The item was received today and doesn't even remotely resemble what was ordered. It should have been a mostly purple bouquet with white and yellow mixed in. I hate leaving bad reviews and hardly take the time to do so. The flowers are beautiful but it is just not the color palette ordered... There is not a purple flower in the mix. Super disappointed with these.

So I took a chance on this place and ordered flowers online this past weekend for a friend whose mother passed away unexpectedly. The LAST thing I wanted was to put the family through more trouble. But this place has created just that. First: the website said delivery on Sunday and their hours say open 10-1 pm. So I chose that day, and sure enough,… no delivery. This morning I call and only get a VM so I leave a FB message and get a call back. I explain to the lady that they work during the week and he will be coming home early from work at three JUST to make sure they don’t miss the

I am in Arkansas 6 hours away. I called Erinn's and ordered the Welcome baby love puppy arrangement. I ordered late so they made sure to let me know it would either be today or tomorrow for delivery. My boyfriend sent me flowers on March 16 and they lasted almost two weeks. I did change the water but the arrangement was nice and makes you feel like you got something worth your money. I hate when flowers wilt after 3 days lol. Super happy with them. They also had a plaque on list of a furbaby in the arrangement. Thank you!

We placed a same day delivery to arrive at the store to honor one of our team members who is embarking on a new journey. We needed the order to arrive by 3 pm. Unfortunately that did not happen even though lots of procautions were taken. Erin called me directly from her personal number when she discovered it. I had already emailed and asked for a… refund but the flowers arrived the next day. At that point, Erin finally got a hold of me. She honored the refund and offered to pick up the flowers and deliver to the recipient at her home at no cost. I gave them 5 stars because the arrangement

I chose to buy a floral arrangement from here and it had asked me what size I wanted the arrangement and there was small medium and large. I chose Large and paid about $90 for the arrangement. Once they… delivered it and the person they were for send me a picture I was so disappointed in them especially since I chose large I got a very little bouquet.
