I drived over 2 hours to find the best place to get simple flowers for my wife. This is by far the best place to find any flowers. The customer service is excellent.

Those ladies at this shop know their business.My daughter went in to pick up a last minute arrangement of flowers for my birthday. When my daughter walked in the house with that big beautiful arrangement it took my breathe away. It was so beautiful. My daughter said all the ladies were so kind.Thank you ladies for the beautiful flowers.I would recommend you to anyone and I will be in to order some flowers! We needed SMU colors (bright red, deep bright blue) for grandson's pre-commencement party. Remote ordering was a very positive interaction, with detailed consideration of options and smart suggestions. Delivery was exactly on time, and the floral design was spot on. Very lovely, nice large centerpiece size, just what we wanted, appropriate price. Thank you!

I want to commend the staff of H.E. Cannon Florist. I learned of a funeral of a good friend the day before it was held which was a Sunday. I went to their web site and ordered a funeral spray. Early the next morning a staff member called me to say that they were not sure they could get it done in time for the funeral but they would try their best. When I attended the funeral on live stream that day, there was my order and it was beautiful!! I sincerely thank this florist for their dedication to assuring these flowers were delivered on time and for the beauty of the arrangement.

Ordered flowers for my wife for our first anniversary. They delivered them a week early, very pretty though. They felt so bad, the owner called and said they’d make it up. On our anniversary they delivered another gorgeous arrangement at no extra charge. They went above and beyond, excellent customer service. I definitely recommend 100%.

Excellent service! They have lots of loose flowers for sale, and you can pick your own bouquet. They will work with your budget. I will be a repeat customer, no doubt about it.

Just before 8 a.m. on a Friday morning, I went online to H.E. Cannon Floral's web site to look for flowers for Valentine's Day (which was four days later). As I shopped, I was thinking I would just order them now and then have them delivered on Valentine's Day.The selection of flowers and arrangements were as good as it gets. The prices were very competitive. I made my selection for a beautiful arrangement. As I was checking out, I saw that "deliver today" was an option and there was no extra delivery cost for same-day delivery. My sweetheart's office was in Arlington

My Arlington FIL passed away on Tuesday. I spent two days looking for the right arrangement because I wasn't going to make the funeral, I live in California now. I placed the order on Thursday and the funeral was today. They called me Friday to tell me they don't have the container pictured, but would put the plant in a nice basket. With only one day I agreed. My daughter sent me a picture from the funeral and it wasn't they plant I ordered either!! I'm furious because in my opinion that's false advertisement. I was sad enough I couldn't make the funeral and

My husband bought flowers from here for my UTA graduation. The flowers were beautiful and are still thriving after a week. He raved about the customer service that was proposed will definitely be a repeat customer.

Ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday. What I ordered and what she got were quite different. I realized their site default to allow them to substitute flowers but daisies for roses, lavender stock, and waxflower. Not sure that would be considered comparable. I even ordered deluxe so that's more disappointing.

Last minute decided that I am not as crafty as I thought and couldn't make my own bouquet for my bridal pictures. Came in on a Saturday and they fixed me a gorgeous bouquet. Service is great! I will be using them again for my wedding flowers.
