Nobody puts the love into their arrangements like these guys do! everyone at the shop is so kind and so helpful. they were out, fulfilling orders and deliveries during the ice storm Valentine's Day 2021 when even the pizzas stopped! literally just Divine Floral and the Post Office trucks on the streets. They are the only shop I've seen to deliver on Sundays, they offer same-day deliveries (within reason, of course), and their delivery range is massive! go show these folks some love, and if you're lucky, you'll get to meet the most handsome shop dog (Buddy) when you come in. This was NOT selected nor promoted as a 1 sided design nor was the specific occasion a birthday but regardless of the occasion to see a floral arrangement as one sided which is HIGHLY unusual and charge 125 only to offer a measly $25 for the troubles shows how terrible this florist is. First and only time using this florist and to anyone considering ordering, please beware!

It was my husbands birthday. On a Sunday....and our initial Birthday plans collapsed. I made reservations at a nice restaurant (Trulucks) and wanted to have a beautiful floral arrangement on the table when we arrived. I called around and could not find any place that would make one to be delivered that same day. Mara at DFG made it happen. Not only was the arrangement amazingly gorgeous, she worked with the Uber driver to get it to the restaurant. Came in looking for a specific flower to give to my coworker....not sure how common the flower is (snap dragon) but was greeted really quickly and fortunately they had some of the flowers I was looking for. The young lady helping me...I believe her name was Rachael created a nice arrangement and in 15 minutes I had my gift ready! I was very grateful to be tended to so quickly and to get an arrangement made with no notice.....I've been to this shop before years ago but they always delivered great service!

Had the worst experience with this company on MY birthday... My brother was out of country and he ordered me flowers through this company to be delivered by 12pm, but I've never received it, so I asked my brother to call the company and double check the time. He had to call them twice until they actually called me at 4 pm!!! I was told that the delivery will be at my door very soon, so we went back home to receive it. At 4:45 I called back to double check AGAIN what time to expect it and I was told "15 minutes". Well, after 15 min I had no flowers and no one was answering the call

Unbelievable excellent and wonderful service. We were taking flowers purchased elsewhere to our daughter's wedding in Arlington, and the bouquet and boutonnieres fell apart. We saw the Divine Floral sign as we were driving toward the church, stopped, explained our predicament and received the most wonderful response. We were immediately helped, and given floral pins, floral tape, and wise professional advice. They rescued us and our daughter's wedding, and refused to accept any payment. Thank you, Divine Floral, you are truly Divine!
