This is a terrible company. The staff are unprofessional and don't tell you all of the job information up front. They tell you what you want to hear and then when you get on the job site it is totally different. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Don't trust these people to be honest with their pay or job descriptions.

MY working experience with SNI was the best ever. Great staff throughout the company , very professional , very dependable , also great personalities. I’ve gained relations with them as if we were family . You never have to worry about being out of work for a long time they find you employment within hours literally . It’s the best staffing Agency if u were to ask me. Big Shoutout to Janis she’s amazing and the best staffing manager there is . I highly encourage you to stop in and apply . It’s an opportunity you wouldn’t want to miss

I have worked with SNI Companies several times and they have always done an excellent job in providing great candidates.
I have primarily worked with Maddie and Aarthi on hiring needs in our company and we've always been impressed with the candidates we've hired through SNI. All of the candidates that we've hired throughout the last several years are still with our company and have proven to be excellent employees.
Thanks for helping us build our team!

After being employed with SNI, they were asked to give me a unemployment letter amd this company refused, they stated that whomever needed it had to call to get verification. This is not correct because they are worried about somebody backtracking to a employer. All I can say if I lose my government help because they dont want to put my dates on paper that i dont work for SNI anymore, yes we will be in court. Read all their fine print before being employed with them.

From a past experience, I found this place to be more like a cattle call and not very upfront about the jobs they are looking to complete. I have a problem with recruiters who falsely tell people a job is for long term 6 months or more, and then the assignment ends up being a day, and was only meant to be a day. You will get more respect by being honest to job seekers about the position, rather than telling someone false info just to get them to take the position when you know it isn't what it claims to be. I had false hopes twice with this agency and unfortunately, I don't really

Used Staffing now for two laborers I needed to help with a trade show. I needed two employees to work two days. Each day was two different employees.
Day One, only one of them showed, cut her finger in the first 5 minutes and went home. The second guy was a no show.
Day Two, I again needed two employees to help my crew disassemble a booth and pack it back in the crates. One employee showed up and sat on her phone the first hour so she was sent home, she was of no use. The second guy did show up, late, and helped finish what needed to be done.
Aarthi was good to work with however the candidates

I was contacted by a recruiter via email between 6 months-1 year ago regarding openings for a remote position as a mortgage indexer. It sounded like a great opportunity with great pay, over 18/hr. I responded that I was interested, spoke with him over the the phone and started the application process. I was initially told by the recruiter, Taft Tice, that I would be receiving an email with a link directing me to the required assessment.
After 2 weeks or so, I contacted him again to follow up, he stated the company was concentrating on filling positions at the Farmington Hills,. Mi office. Once

This company is awful, once they get your phone number you get called at least once a month by people who can barely form a complete sentence. They won't identify themselves when you answer and you have to ask them why they are calling and they proceed to try to get you to work with them for employment. Clearly they are just throwing darts trying to get a hit on a sucker willing to apply for positions thru them. Very unprofessional, keep your distance.

Alright here's the deal I'm fairly new to Illinois and abruptly had my job as a bankruptcy paralegal end. I applied for different staffing agencies and had the pleasure of meeting Angie mesa! Okay let me tell you the deal I submitted my resume and she responded asap whether she had something or not! That's awesome because after sending out so many resumes you need some sort of feedback. I was invited to a interview downtown. Angie gave me a lot of great advice. How to revise my resume and how to make myself more marketable without that "belittling" feel. Also she kept in

Update: A manager from SNI called me today to make things right - I filled out the downloaded forms then went downtown to drop them off and supply more info. I was assured direct deposit within a week. They apologized for the inconvenience, and I apologize for my discontent. Thanks for following up.

Staffing Now is an absolute joke. I had two business opportunities that were supposed to last more than three months. Aarthi called me both times near midnight to tell me the clients interviewed other people behind my back after I was promised to stay and said not to show up the next day. Midnight. Let that sink in. You want a professional agency? Go to Beacon Hill Staffing. I have been more impressed by their professionalism than the other ten agencies I have worked for. SNI is a joke

I received a call about an opening from what I call a "street recruiter". His favorite phrase was, "ya know what i mean?" but went through the phone and in-person interview regardless I was given sorts of praises and references were checked, I even filled out the new employee paperwork but never got called.
During my face-to-face interview they said they were a very transparent company with great follow-up and results. All lies. I never heard back at all until I emailed because my calls were ignored.

Wish there was a way to give NEGATIVE stars would give this company 5 of them.
One of their 'recruiters' emails me at 7:30 pm, with few typo's & I respond the very next day in the morning. Still 3 days later and no response or acknowledgement of email.
Why send out an email wanting to talk to me regarding my resume' and not contacting me back after I respond to them.

Got a call from one of their recruiters about a job. The recruiter was going through the usual questions, then got to the question about salary. I asked him how much the client is paying. He doesn't know. He wants to know how much I want. Well, I don't want to be rejected based on salary, so I said I'm flexible. That answer didn't meet with his approval. Started ranting about how he needs to know this number, because he has to do his "due diligence" for his client, acting very unprofessional. Funny how "due diligence" doesn't include getting

The waiting room was packed with people (and I was told by my recruiter that they generally only place 10 - 15% of applicants who are invited in for an interview), and I noticed that the receptionists were completely overworked/ understaffed.
However, I had an excellent interview with John who assured me that I would be placed at a job and he would contact me within a few days.
Then I didn't hear back from him. It turned out that he left the company three days later. I was then referred to Melissa, who never returned my email/ phone call.
