DO NOT HIRE this company! After booking them for our wedding, they completely stopped responding about 3 weeks before. We were left scrambling to find a different service. Luckily we were connected with Viewpoint Hospitality Group in Houston!!! They were professional and ready to step in. Check out their site and run away (fast) from Rent A Prep.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay faaar away from this company. They nearly ruined my mom's 60th birthday party. We booked servers and a bartender. They never showed up. At one point, none of the staff would answer the phone for me. The communication is very poor. After hosting many parties, this is the worst vendor I've ever worked with. Some of our guests had to step in to assist. Amanda had no explanation for me besides "we've had issues like this with some of our workers in the past" I am very disappointed.

I used Rent A Prep staffing services for my baby shower. The staff was incredible. The bartenders and servers arrived on time and were very attentive and professional throughout the party. The owners communicated every step of the way to make sure my needs were met effortlessly. I will definitely be using Rent A Prep for all my future parties and I would highly recommend their services.

I had a party planned for approximately 35 people and the original planners cancelled on me at the last minute. I spoke with Tom and another person named Dalton. They were very considerate and thoughtful of my situation and even being at the last minute were incredibly helpful and took care of everything down to the smallest details. They even had a great bartender. In a nutshell they were a great find and I will use this company over again many times in the future. Thanks Tom and Dalton.
