They placed me into a AMAZING job! I am so happy and excited about my new position. They placed me in a job that literally couldn’t be any more perfect. Paula is great, and very sweet. Remember that they work for the businesses looking for an employee and their happiness is the first priority. So an employer can say whatever they want, even if its not true, and LPC will have their back all the way to the grave. And you, the peasant worker, can just get bent. Also, the drug screening clinic they contract takes 4 hours vs. less than an hour at every other clinic I've ever done a urinalysis at.

Was contacted about 2 months ago for a job opportunity that I was invited to apply. Anytime I call to check on status, either I get the same response regarding "the client hasn't responded yet", or dont get my called picked up at all. I highly doubt that is the case at this point, and quite frankly, I hear that far too often. If the client has actually moved on and there is nothing that can be done for someone really needing job experience more than most, please be honest about it. Will be looking elsewhere for opportunities.

Sammy helped me get a job through this pandemic after searching for months! He was very professional and very fast. If your job experience and skills meet the requirements then they will get you a job in the desired field. I set my expectations to either be a receptionist or an office clerk. I took my office skills test and he paired me with the perfect job that I qualified for. I interviewed with him, a few weeks a position was available, and I started the next day. I received a call from the rep with LPC requesting I come in for an interview the next day after. During the process the rep seemed to be focused on one portion of my resume which is a lesser portion of my experience overall. Also asked me to elaborate on this particular part of my resume so she could word the info to client to make it more appealing. She also said there was another position actually closer to my home which was more related to my past sales and customer service experience. Did not hear anything more regarding that job however. Felt as though I was being steered toward the position

I'm so thankful for LPC!!! I went in and spoke with Paula and they had a position for me immediately. Everyone in the office was super kind and professional. I got a temp to hire position with this company and was happy with LPC. Everyone seemed friendly, no issues with payment (although I found out when I got my W-2 they screwed up my exemptions so pay attention there) My issues started when my assignment ended. When my assignment ended, I immediately asked if there were any other assignments, and was told that they would check on Monday. Which was understandable. I don't know how everyone had a bad experience because I had a great one! I had applied online and had received a call two days later to set up an interview for the next day. I walked in, filled out paper work and had an interview with JENNIFER. I didn't feel like I was in an interview, it felt more like talking to a friend. She made me feel very comfortable. I am glad that I didn't pay attention to the ratings here and went ahead and applied with LPC Personnel. I met with Sammy, He was phenomenal. He asked me a lot of questions concerning what I was looking for in order to match me with the right employer. He kept in touch with me, keeping me posted about the jobs he had submitted me to and such, which is really nice when you are working with a temp agency. I finally got an assignment which am thrilled to have and I must say, this was the perfect match for me. Now, i just need to work hard and prove myself here. I would definitely look to them

Here is my experience with LPC . I applied a job posting at indeed but I have a email from Josh at LPC, for an interview appointment. I was interviewed by Jennifer when I asked her what was the company? She did not want to give the name! (Understood) in a way. But when I asked her about the job description she did not know either !!! She said ( i will send you an email regarding the job description) I was skeptical about a real job opening. She did not know about the job nor the name of the company? I call her to reminder about the email after three days passed. Overall I think that I just wasted

My agency has used LPC for a number of years and have hired some really solid staff, usually on a temp to hire basis, as a result. I make a call and explain the open position and qualifications that I'm looking for and they then send over several resumes to review. If any look interesting I ask them to arrange an interview, if not they send over another batch of resumes. If we take on a temp and it doesn't work it's very easy to start the process over again. Reputation is a company's biggest asset and I would NOT recommend any employer or individual to this staffing agency. I was flat out LIED to by their company twice simply to gain my business. Falsifying information and lying to individuals does not show great merit. There are plenty of notable staffing agencies out there and i'm sad to say this is not one of them.

I applied through monster.com and within a week a got a phone call. Rachel my recruiter was such a good help. Rachel interviewed me at the LPC personnel location she said she would help me with my resume. I left and not even 30 minutes later I received a call that I had an interview in the next 2 hours. Everything was so fast. I went to the interview that Rachael had set up for me and I was hired as an account payables that same day. I would greatly recommend LPC personnel.

This is my first experience with LPC, but I absolutely love them. I am just an ordinary office worker/support staff. I had my first interview within a week of going into the LPC office and meeting with Nathalie. I was offered the position within 15 minutes of leaving the interview that Friday. I was laid off from my job and was job searching when I was responding to an ad that did not mention they were a staffing agency. I was contacted, and at that time I was informed they were a staffing agency and wanted to schedule an appointment to come in. I also spent my time taking the tests at this Agency and all I got afterwards was "I've got something in the works". That line went on for weeks. Finally had one interview, the company took 3 weeks to figure out they were not satisfied with and of the candidates sent to them. Poor communication between that company and agency. That was probably November to December timeframe. And of course Paula said to wait til after the new year and it will pick up. Have I ever heard from her again? No. This is almost March. Do not waste your time, there are many better employment agencies to do

(I guess that is what most staffing agencies do)
My Conclusion....A typical Staffing Agency. You go there interview goes great, they tell you to call them back, and you do. They make you think you are overqualified and you should get job offers left and right. (I have lengthy work experience and possess a recent BA)
