Brian and Josh are always so helpful. yesterday when leaving for work, found I had a nail in my tire. Got the spare put on and went to drop my baby off and to work. on my lunch break, I called a different shop and they couldn't get me in. so I called Waterloo Automotive. they were so helpful. I explained the situation and how I wasnt comfortable… to continue driving on a spare with my baby in the car. they came to my job (local), switched out my car with a loaner car, fixed it, and brought it back. they seriously made my horrible day into a great day. we are so thankful for them and will

The staff is very helpful. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I had an oil change scheduled for Friday Aug 21, when I dropped my car off this afternoon they told me they could service it today instead. Within an hour my car oil was changed and they tech looked over my car to see if anything else needed to be fixed.
The techs are very… helpful in telling you if you need something else tied that you were not aware of. The fact that they go above and beyond by covering your seat, floor board and steering wheel for protection while serving it shows they care.
