I took my car for a noice that is making on the motor first they say it was a pump and the belt, I pay over 300dollar I got my car back the next day the noice was still there …. I took it back they said this time was the power steering got that fix … pay over 600 hundred this time … same thing next day the noice was sill there … again I took it back the ended up saying that the pump they change the very first time was defective and that’s what was causing the noice and that is fix now and that the noice that I still hear us normal they said!

Well to start with my truck sat down there for 3 months. It started with a transmission replacement, from an old one to a brand new one, well they only put 8 quarts in a freshly built trans and burned it up then said it was already half full, knowing it came from florida and you cant ship anything with fluid in it. they then proceeded to charge me 2x after they pulled the trans back out without me asking them to, so I'm stuck with a $3200 trans that needs to be rebuilt and the shops charges. So if you're seeing this i wouldn't use this shop for anything other than a place to throw money away. Thanks

Very professional and speedy service. Took my car to be checked and they were very thorough checking everything and letting me know exactly what was wrong with it and not piling on extras like some mechanics are known to do! I will definitely continue to take my cars there as I need mechanic work done!

It was as good as it gets. I was angry with them for a bit but I live in a different town and didn't want to wait to fix my seldom-used truck. My wife pointed out they hadn't fixed it about 8 months ago and traced down the old corroded wire killing my electrical system. Very happy now. Fixed it for free and stood by their guarantee. Note: the truck is 34 years old.

Professional Automotive is a wonderful family-owned company. I have used them for oil changes and major repairs. I've always felt that I've been treated fairly with exceptional service. They will pick your car up at work and return it, and they even give a free vacuum and car wash with every service!
