I arranged for a tow service to take my vehicle to the repair shop the day before, I was told the tow truck would arrive around 8:30-9:00 AM the next morning which worked perfectly to get the vehicle to the repair shop in time for the appointment. Unfortunately, that is not how it went down. The next morning I waited until 10 AM and called to check in, I was told they were busy and someone would be there within a couple of hours. Fast forward to 4:00 PM and no tow truck showed up and nobody called me, in fact it's been 24 hours since they were supposed to show up and I still haven't heard anything

Was quoted for 90minute arrival window, which became 4+ hours. When I called to request an update on the ETA, the dispatch service was extremely rude.
And then when the driver arrived he refused to wear a mask when asked to. So we called to let the business know one of their drivers is disregarding public safety measures and they basically told us to stop being sensitive. Thanks for mocking us, people die from covid, I hope you lose your jobs.

It was a snowy and stormy day. I was tired, and she was hungry. We had a 4×4 Aspen... but, the tires were going bad. The driveway was steep and slick. We got stuck in our driveway, sliding backwards almost off a drop... two left tires looking at nothing but air. After having to wait two days to finally get help out, Chris from Heston was able to make it Sudden Valley. He did exactly what I thought would happen, and he did it in 20 minutes. He showed the driveway who was the King of Towing, and we paid the price... which was very reasonable! We thanked him, and he went on to the next victim of

I am very disappointed in Heston Hauling's ability to be there when they say they will. We ended up using them two days in a row. The first day, they gave us a time they'd be there, then later called to say they couldn't make it and would be there the next day. Apparently, their driver was doing a job in Eastern Washington and wouldn't make it back in time. They did come the next day but my husband had to call them a couple of times before they came.
I was frustrated but with the pandemic, I can understand the lack of employees.

I have used Heston's for years for different service needs. Last weekend I called to have them do road side assistance and change a flat tire since we could not loosen the lug nuts. They responded fast as usual and my service person was very friendly professional and quick.

A couple yrs ago, another tow co came to tow our car: From the time I called to the time I headed home? 8 HOURS! They even locked OUR keys in OUR car! Their battery died during the process (& they didn't have jumper cables), & so on! It was a nightmare! (I'm not kidding). This last Oct, thru AAA, Truman, of Heston Hauling, came to tow our vehicle (& I was nervous... thinking back to my last horror), in a VERY busy Fred Meyer parking lot. I couldn't believe how fast, yet careful Truman was... with our vehicle. There was only one lady who had to wait a couple minutes to exit the lot... otherwise

I picked up my car from here with my radiator damaged. My car was perfectly fine. I had it come out the shop when everything inspected with it being perfectly fine. The owners were rude and had no people skills when I talked to them. I never yelled or cussed at them for them to give a person a bad attitude.

Great service! Owner kept their word to a family after a very tragic accident! They took excellent care of her motorcycle covered it and kept inside dry. They fielded off tons of calls from concerned rumor filled people that the bike was going up for auction and all this other ridiculous stuff. When the whole time the bike was safely stored away and covered.
This was a tragic event for our family and friends and they made it just a little easier.
I can tell you this there tow fee was WAY CHEAPER than someone else's when another motorcycle went done and this was towed twice as far soooo, I know
