I really wish before putting bait stations out they would have suggested having rodent entry areas of the home where they are getting in sealed up. I would have paid anything to have solved this problem and not deal with the horrific smell of dead rats in my wall while hosting Christmas this year. Absolutely choking horrible smell.

The whole Accel experience is professional from start to finish. From scheduling an appt, to receiving paperwork to close, and of course the inspector. Today I had Rochelle. He called me 30 minutes out so I knew when he was arriving, and my first time home buyer asked to go under the crawl with him and he said absolutely. Took the time with my buyer! Kudos to the whole Accel team!

Matt came to my house and completed a thorough inspection for Indian meal moths. In addition to being very professional, he took the time to answer my neurotic amount of questions and shared his own personal pest experience. I didn’t sense any ‘sales man’ approach which I fricken hate, nor did he seem annoyed during my treatment interrogation. I will update this review after treatment begins. Thank you so much Matt!!!
