Can't say enough good things about Streamline Mortgage Solutions and Brian Zimel. I think it was like 10 years ago we reached out to them the first time to take money out and do some upgrades on our home. After looking at our info Brian said to wait a few months and pay some things off/down and that will help. He basically didn't want my money. So we did as he suggested and then we proceeded with the refinance. Fast forward to a couple years ago and we went thru the same thing, refi and upgrade some things at the house. This was the best experience I've ever had with a refinance. Brian returned every email and phone call immediately, and his staff are exceptional. They are some of the most polite, helpful, and respectful people I've ever worked with. I am so happy with the results of this refinance - the rates were great, everything except the final document signing was digital (and they came out to my house), and I'd say it was maybe 3-4 weeks from the initial application to the closing. I referred them to several others who were equally as happy. I highly recommend them.

Wow is the word...Everyone we worked with at Streamline (including the owner) was extremely responsive and helpful. I could not recommend them enough for first timers as every step of the process was explained at length and my wife and I never felt lost. In a housing market with such low inventory you have to be able to adapt and respond quickly to get the house you want and the folks at Streamline were always lightning fast in getting back to us. Have I even mentioned the amazing rate they were able to get for us? Seriously, do yourself a favor and give them a call.

Brian and his team truly "streamlined" our mortgage process. We were approved in less than 24 hours and were moving right along immediately.
