Great hotel! Although they are not a large corporation the quaint traditional hotel was very nice. After I checked in, I asked how much would it be to upgrade to a view. They graciously upgraded me to a different room and the view was amazing. I watched the planes come and go from my window. The walking trail right behind the hotel was also very nice and I felt safe. I highly recommend this hotel. I would suggest that you look on google for cheaper rates as the hotel price to book a room was a little high.

I decided to stay here in my trip to see San Francisco, and it was a good decision, as it was a great hotel.
Room - Nice and spacious, the shower has a strong water flow (unlike some others), and overall very nice, neat, and clean.
Parking - They have a parking lot outside, but not much space. Might need to find someplace else.
As a side note, they do have a nice little free breakfast for when you leave.
Overall, this place was great.

Let me start by saying this is my first negative review on Yelp. I would have given 0 star if I could to the General Manager Jonathan Martin at this hotel for his lack of customer service skills. The faucet in the shower in our room kept leaking and the sound of water running kept us up the whole night. I tried to ask for help at the front desk at 5am, the front desk lady told me nothing she can do and asked me to call the general manager later in the day. When I finally got through to Jonathan on the phone, all he kept repeating was: "I went up with technician myself to look after you checked

Hotel location is great, stayed here before, but after the last couple of days of dealing with a very rude front desk staff, I will never return to this hotel or recommend it to anyone. From the moment I walked up to the front desk I was treated rude, Not even a response to " Hi...how are you today?" Just a blank stare, Gets worse. Like another reviewer....waiting for my $50 DOLLAR a day deposit of some sort. Never again. Too many other great hotels on the same road!!!!!!!

Hotel: it's older, still has an old carpet in rooms and hallway. David at the front desk was nice and helpful.
My mothers prescription medication disappeared from our room. I'm sure it was a mistake (I hope) however the way the manager (Jonathan Martin, i was told was his name) handled the situation was rude and not at all helpful. He showed no empathy whatsoever. We are not from San Francisco and we're only there for a funeral. It is incredibly hard to obtain her medication without seeing a physician first which is not an easy task when you're out of town. I love the location of this hotel and it's very very clean! I gave it a low mark because they don't have a shuttle from 10 AM to 5 PM to get back to the airport. It's really quite ridiculous! The breakfast is a biscuit and an apple. Although the location is prime in every way right next to the airport this property has some issues. The shower is fabulous! The view is incredible. Location is great. But not having a shadow from 10 AM to 5 PM is unacceptable. And when they tell you you have breakfast expect more than a biscuit and an apple..

The hotel is clean but dated. Some peeling wallpaper, dated fixtures etc. Free parking and wifi available. Breakfast was not being served due to Covid precautions. It is a great location with easy access to the 101, San Francisco and the South Bay. I am mainly writing this review to compliment the staff. They were very friendly and went out of there way to answer any questions that had as well as making sure my stay was comfortable and satisfactory. A great, friendly staff goes a long way! I will be back.

It is about a 10 minute shuttle ride to the airport (which is provided by the hotel). Benihana and Elephant Bar is just a minute or two walk away. A few other places are within walking distance. There is a great view right behind the hotel of the water and of planes landing.
Breakfast = there was a lot of choices of fruit, breads, and pastries. They also had coffee, juice, oatmeal, pre made omelettes, and some other breakfast items. (This was pre quarantine. You may want to call to make sure about this)
Service was friendly and efficient.
Prices were comparable to other places.

I stayed here for 3 nights in Room 416 $505 4/18/21-4/21/21. They said id get $150 back & I'm still waiting for it. The best thing about this hotel is being so close to the Bay. I loved how big & nice My shower was. The Airport is within a few miles. The carpet was gross their was also stains on the 2 chairs that were in my Room.

Love, love, love this hotel! Clean and spacious rooms, great views, great customer service at a great price! Right outside of this hotel is a great walking trail, and it is just a short drive from all of the delicious restaurants downtown. We have stayed here multiple times and keep coming back, it's surely becoming a family tradition.

I totally understand the Covid thing and have no problem with the no breakfast/no pool/no exercise room. I've stayed here before and not had any problems. This time: room #1 - I took my shoes off after returning with Italian takeout and my socks were soaking wet. Talked to front desk and she gave me another room. Moved everything to Room #2 - threw my socks away and walking around the desk and bed and this floor was wet too. Threw down a dry napkin and walked on it and it came away wet. My family stayed Friday night on the 24th of July, 2020.
We got a terrific rate with Priceline and opted to go with this property because they also did not charge a $35 to $50 dollar to park your car.
Check-in was smooth and " Melissa " was patient and informed.
I asked for rooms that had a view onto the water and Melissa was happy to oblige.
The rooms we very, very, very clean. Comfortable beds, nice pillows, quiet A/C....and a quiet hotel overall.
Great water pressure in the shower and overall a terrific experience.
No one touched my car in the parking lot and I left the property

Do not stay at this hotel right now as we stayed there on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 and they charged us double price of what I normally pay because they said they were sold out!! And they did NOT tell me that when Zi made the reservation!! And we DID NOT get the room we RESERVED--A KING WITH A VIEW and I had the printed reservation in my hand . But they tried to charge me for a King with a view until I showed the front desk my IPhone pictures of the parking lot view I got!! The hotel was nice. It had a good selection of food for breakfast. It also had a nice view of the water and the planes in action.
I am mainly writing this review for the outstanding customer service by Wendy. I was with a party of 11 people and we arrived at late night. There were two receptionists checking us in, but they mixed our rooms up, checked in twice for one of the couple. They were the out-going receptionists. Wendy took over and she quickly cleared up the situation. I also had packages mailed to the hotel. Wendy was diligent in ensuring I got all the packages.
