Absolutely love this place! Showed an inspo picture and left looking exactly like it. I was nervous, but Shannon was awesome and made me feel super comfortable! I prebooked my next appointment and honestly the prices are very good! Very glad i found this place!

Not what I asked for but I guess it would do. I showed a final look of how I wanted my hair and it didn’t come close, the curls died after a couple hours. Plus, the first stylist said, she would not be able to flat iron my hair so she will just blow it out due to time even though I requested a flat iron w curls as my appointment. Picture 1-left was what I wanted. Picture 2-right was what I walked out with.

I was visiting Columbia from Chicago for my senior pictures on the campus of the University of South Carolina. From the moment I called Process A to explain my situation and how I would need to schedule 2 appointments because I wasn't sure which day we would take pictures, everyone was SO accommodating and helpful! Courtney was amazing trying to accommodate my needs the best she could, scheduling two appointments and helping me connect with a makeup artist nearby. I knew I made the right decision after speaking with Courtney! When we determined when my photos would be, I contacted Courtney again

I came to Process to see a stylist I've never seen before for a partial highlight and trim. I was really unhappy with the result and called to let the salon know, and they handled the situation perfectly.
The salon manager, Sarah, was so understanding and ensured me that they wanted me to be happy with my hair, and got me back in the salon the next morning to get my hair corrected on them.
Josh redid my highlights and did an amazing job. Before my highlights were streaky and thick, looked extremely unnatural, and were toned to a green-ish shade. Josh completely fixed my highlights and stripped

Process as a whole is fantastic but Josh specifically has been a perfect match for us. We have taken our two young boys to him since they needed hair cuts and he is patient, kind, fun, and quick! We love him more than you should probably love someone that cuts your hair. Recommend a million times over.

We are RVers, traveling through Columbia, and the folks at this highly- rated salon graciously fit me in for a cut within a couple of hours. Jennifer did a terrific job, my hair looks great and she was super kind. I'm so happy to have found this place! Note: the Google maps needs to be updated, it sent me to a business just down the street.
