Moran Properties brings creative thinking and a vast range of experience to our real estate development projects. By working closely with our affiliated companies, we have designed, built and renovated commercial office and residential apartment buildings for over 20 years. Dedication to our community is a core value ever present in our development decisions.
We developed an abandoned, 17-acre, gravel bank and former Quonset Drive-In, into a 30 million dollar, mixed-use project consisting of a condominium and apartment community with an adjacent commercial component. The project involved working with the Town to draft a new zoning district to accommodate the Town's first sole site, mixed-use project.
Moran Management is our affiliated property management company that manages all of the properties we have developed. We take pride in being developers that stay involved after a development is completed; we make sure to provide personal and responsive service and maintain the high standard of the properties we created.
