I did a refi of my original mortgage, I waited a year to build my credit. Jose Revilla led me through the process and he got me a deal that paid my property taxes and homeowners with cash out!! These guys called out of the blue and offered to lower my interest rates, while simulfriggintaneously making a bunch more $s available to me in the event of need. For some strange reason I didn't hang up on them. And that turned out to be a good decision.
John and Sami worked with me to refi in record time. No sweat, no drama, no bulls**t. I'm not used to that, so I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. It didn't drop. My advice to the public is "DONOT DEAL WITH THIS PEOPLE".
I am a victim of their agent, a certain Edward Zamora who pushed me to continue my application for a Reverse Mortgage Refinance even after my message of withdrawal within the cooling off period for reason that I am positive that it cannot be approved. Mr. Zamora kept on persuading me that according to his computations , the loan will be approved.
I kept telling him to withdraw my application because I do not want to spend $525 for the appraisal and just lose it. He kept on pressuring me, so I proposed thar they pay for the appraisal
