I ordered Thanksgiving center piece with 1-2 candles. What was received was a general arrangement in reds, white, blues, and greens, with a butterfly. Not anything with fall and/ or Thanksgiving colors. No candles. And a little butterfly?!?! Very disappointing for a $60 Thanksgiving center piece with candles!

We ordered flowers for my Grandmother's funeral and when my mom picked them up Friday evening the flowers didn't look fresh, some were already wilty. My mom addressed the issue but the lady insured they were "fresh flowers" and didn't want to fix the problem.. They looked ok for the funeral on Saturday, but there was not enough greenery and there were bare spots in the arrangement. It's not Sunday and the flowers are half dead!! We paid $80 for 1 day of wilted flowers! Disappointed and we will not be ordering here again!
