If we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to substitute certain blooms for those of equal or greater value while keeping the style and color scheme as close as possible to the item ordered.
Color schemes and flower combinations can be altered and all items can be flexed up or down in price while keeping the basic design intact. We received an arrangement from Black Forest Flowers and Gifts this week from out-of-town family members and it is the nicest, most lush and full, beautifully scented flower arrangement I have received in years. Absolute artistry! I've never seen flower arrangements like these. My fiancé ordered the very first arrangement of our relationship here and blew me away! A year and several more orders later, we just started the order for our wedding flowers. The owner is wonderful; super accommodating with options and pricing and a true talent with flowers. I wouldn't do floral business anywhere else. 😁👍💐

By far the best florist in town! They are all so sweet and attentive. The communication was fantastic and they know their flowers. I chose this florist for my wedding flowers simply because the owner was able to see flowers in photos I showed that other florists did not see. Mind blowing awesomeness! Ordered the Exotic Explosion for a coworker who has been under the weather. The unique design and stunning colors seemed perfect to add some cheer for my compadre.
