Staff is very friendly and care about their customers but they are disorganized. The flower arrangement I ordered for our wedding reception did not look like this inspiration picture, so that was disappointing. But the boutinerres, corsages, and bridesmaid bouquets were exactly what I had envisioned.

Having been a 20-year consumer actually is 21 years now how could I not write them five stars? Every time I see my wife's flowers shriveling I stopped in for a great value and wonderful people. Memorial service for my father in law in August '21. Other local florists just pointed us to their stock arrangements and were NOT willing to help with something that was appropriate for a memorial but a bit customized. The ladies at Flowerama TO THE RESCUE. They listened, consulted, made recommendations and the arrangements were breathtaking, better than expected, and delivered on time. We had the same experience in Minnesota for the memorial we had to do there and the price was 2 TIMES what the Flowerama ladies charged. I am switching my florist from another florist on Drew to Flowerama.

Flowers were delivered as requested. The ladies did a fantastic job! My wife was incredibly surprised. She was overwhelmed by this beautiful arrangement. I have been buying flowers here for about 10 or 15 years. Can't beat the quality or the price. The customer service is outstanding. They have a top-notch designer and you cannot beat the customer service provided by the fellow that works there. I have only had one bad experience and as soon as I brought it to their attention my flowers were not only replaced but were replaced with a vase double the price I paid. Go Flowerama.
