We love going to McCann's but this time it took over an hour and a half for our food, actually it could have been longer but we left before it even came. We both ordered specials which should have been a lot quicker.
A lot of food passed us by but never our food. We were given a salad bowl after an hour and twenty.
We left only because I didn't feel like eating at 930 at night.
I know it wasn't the waitresses fault but she never came back to acknowledge us because I'm sure she was mortified that the kitchen was taking that long.
It's a shame because we really like going there but we will never

Raising my review by one star. Better experience with last visit. Food and service was finally good and prompt.
Entertainment is getting better. BUT PLEASE GIVE US A BREAK ON MARC RIBLER. No doubt that dude is talented, but he and his bandmates trot out the same old tired dinosaur rock songs, week after week with ridiculous bantering. Self indulgent guitar solos and old dude rock that caters only to old guys like us and plays no songs for the ladies or any pop songs. Stopped going when they play.

I really want to like this place and I really want it to succeed. We've been there at least 30 times in 3 ish years. We keep trying in hopes that they get it together. So far we've been disappointed. The music is great but often way too loud inside (which is not something I usually complain about). The waitresses are great and they are doing the best they can. I understand that it takes a long time to get food when the place is crowded. That's fine. The bartenders don't seem to care whether they sell alcohol or not. Slow as molasses. Several hostesses over a few years have been kinda rude and/or

If your not a golfer it’s just a great place to be outdoors and listen to music. The all you can eat bbq is great when they have it. The fun is typical bar food. Nothing wrong with that. We did sit at the outside bar where the bartenders were having a little too much fun with people they knew. I’m all for fun but when your working and serving patrons it’s a little weird when they start flipping the finger and don’t know when to stop. Next time We’ll make sure to sit away from the bar. Other than that nice place nice outdoor venue.

We came here on Friday evening for a band called Windslow -Tribute to the Eagles. Shows are $20 at the door, plus live outdoor shows are currently 6 days a week.
Arrived about 6:30 to grab a table on the patio for that 8:00 show. For drinks a pitcher of red sangria ($25.00) and beer ($6.00) called Fat Tire. All drinks are served in plastic cups.
Dinner for her was a Cobb Burger, which has bacon and avocado. I chose a Shrimp Po Boy that came with fries. Both were ok.
If coming for a show, bring your lawn chairs and just pick a spot beforehand. Then you can have dinner

Had such a good dinner at McCanns last night! The Cobb burger was awesome and big enough to split with my husband! Also, we haven’t had such good, attentive service in such a long time. Greg is such an awesome person and waiter and deserves to be recognized! He even offered to take a picture of us which was so sweet! Thank you so much for doing such a great job and making “going out” worth while!

Give yourself a great break and dine at the All New McCanns. It's in a park like setting, dine outside at dusk and a few deer can wander neat by. The menu is varied You can have a snack or light meal or a large entree. American favorites and some fresh seafood or some specialties.
Check the website as there may be a band.
The inside dining area has window views and a full bar with seating. The atmosphere is friendly and casual dress is ok, but so is something more dressy just not fancy. My food was delicious and I'm fussy. So go enjoy.

Band was great and server, Jamie very friendly and courteous. The problem was it took over an hour and a half to get served our meals. How long should it take to make four sandwiches? Servers were also the bartenders and never stopped for a break. Entertainment was very good, food was ok but if we return we'll get something to eat before we get there. The kitchen definitely needs an overhaul

So glad we can go somewhere to actually enjoy a nice sit down meal... Yes inside! I Like they are artichoke hearts FrancaisSo much that I keep returning just for it. My boyfriend enjoys the seafood, lobster roll, scallops on risotto with spinach, and a really nice crabcake!It's also a country singer playing on Thursdays early like 5 to 7, and different bands on the weekends

Wednesday nights are for great music with Marc Ribler Band. Music starts at 7 so you don't have to stay late during the week.
Good selection of beers on tap. Had the steak sandwich with onions, peppers and cheese which was full of sliced steak and very good. Wife had a turkey wrap which had plenty of turkey. Both came with French Fries and priced at $12 each.
Plenty of space to dance as well.

Update to December review. worse than any other vendor, walk in during the day and NO ONE is behind the bar or on the main floor. you can sit at the bar for over five minutes and still no help. Friday and Saturday evenings bands that play have a following and tables are reserved. maybe get better when when the summer tourists come to play golf. have no idea how someone can give the place five stars

This is not the all new McCanns. Went in Saturday Nov 16 and the very young bartender was horrible. He didn't know how to make a drink. And the food was awful. Nothing has changed here. We left and went to Harpoon Willys and the only other couple that was in there left and went there as well. Food is beyond gross. Why water down cheese sauce that go with your microwave pretzels???
