My name is Kate Campos and I am a Licensed and Nationally Board Certified Acupuncturist with a Masters degree in Acupuncture from The Asian Institute of Medical Studies and my Chinese Herbal certification from Han University of Traditional Medicine in Tucson, AZ. I am currently working on a Doctorate of Chinese Medicine through Five Branches University.
We offer solutions for a variety of common ailments. All of our individualized treatments are carefully designed to relieve your main complaints. Acupuncture involves inserting fine, sterile, single-use needles into set points throughout the body. Each point has specific actions that help the body reach harmony when activated. The insertion of needles can release muscular trigger points, communicate with the central nervous system, interrupt pain signals and trigger an immune response which promotes healing.

I was recommended to Kate by a friend of mine for my back pain that just would not go away. My friend told me that Kate was great and I have to agree with her. Kate takes time to ask questions and keeps you informed on the kind of treatment she is providing. She is very thorough in her treatments. When I went in Kate did the acupuncture treatment and then brought in Lisa who did body work. Both Kate and Lisa are great at what they do. I would highly recommend Invigorate Acupuncture. The staff is also very friendly and the office is very clean.

Trying to avoid knee replacement, even though it is there is little that either of us can do little about the inevitable. Fortunately Kate has made the pushed this a little bit further down the road and we can complete our upcoming trips and other dates.
After seeing her I have less pain and I am able to walk and do my everyday functions. This way I can do the knee replacement on my schedule and not miss a our upcoming planned trips. Thanks Kate doing a great job!

Kate has been such a wonderful care provider for my family and has made such a difference in our lives. She is very knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. My oldest daughter has benefited tremendously from her acupuncture treatments. Kate is honest and her goal is to get you feeling better and not to have you come back every so often unless she thinks you really need it.

Kate is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and explains what she is doing. I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy on May 18. I couldn't see her until May 26. I started seeing her twice a week for a couple of weeks and then once a week for a couple of weeks. My face is 99% back to normal. Highly recommend her.

Kate at Invigorate Acupuncture is very knowledgeable and skilled. I have had both acupuncture and cupping procedures and have been very happy with the results. The environment is comfortable and soothing and Kate does a great job listening to the concerns and issues and creating a treatment plan that addresses those issues. The treatments have helped me with my allergies, neck and back pain, jaw issues and and overall sense of relaxation. She also works with various insurance companies. If you’re curious give it a try.

I had a very positive experience with Kate. I saw her for four sessions to deal with anxiety-driven insomnia. She was sure to get as complete a picture of what I was experiencing so she could treat me most effectively. The sessions themselves were very relaxing--it was like going in for a short nap! The entire area is inviting and relaxing. I would recommend Kate to anyone.

I went to Kate Campos last week for help with my lactation concerns. I have a 4 month old baby and will be returning to work next week. Kate was extremely helpful and able to answer all of my questions and concerns (and there were many!!) as you can imagine being a first time mom. Kate also prescribed me some herbs which are helping significantly!! I am able to produce almost twice the supply when pumping than before my treatment and as you can imagine I am beyond thrilled with these results! I will definitely be returning to Kate for my follow treatment and telling all my mommy friends about acupuncture

I love visiting with Kate! She listens to ALL of your concerns at every visit and always makes sure you get the most out of your appointment. She will recommend herbs or other treatments if needed but is never pushy with her suggestions. She's always happy to answer honestly any questions you have and is easy to reach. She also accepts a variety of insurance plans which is helpful!
