Lubberts Raymond C, DDS, MS
Originally from Michigan, Dr. Lubberts completed his undergraduate degree at Hope College. He graduated with honors from one of the top dental schools in the country, the University of Michigan. There he was awarded in Pediatric Dentistry and was elected into Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Following dental school, Dr. Lubberts volunteered at Kwangju Christian Hospital's dental residency serving and instructing in the program.

He then became a certified specialist in orthodontics at UCLA. Concurrently he earned a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology. Dr. Lubberts' research was in the use of implants to produce orthopedic and dental change. Dr. Lubberts loves his profession. He was a clinical instructor and lecturer at the UCLA graduate orthodontic program for twenty five years.

When you call our office for an initial appointment it's called an examination. We schedule exclusive time for you at one of three times of the day: early morning, end of the morning, or end of the day. Treatment time depends on its type and difficulty. This time may vary from weeks to years, depending on the treatment objectives (see Treatment Options).
Keeping your teeth clean maintains the health of the gums and enamel during orthodontic braces treatment. This is done by thoroughly brushing at least 3 times per day. Manual and mechanical brushing are both fine. For most children, after breakfast, after school, and before bed are convenient times to do a thorough job.
