The McMahon Law Firm, Attorneys and Counselors at Law was founded by Steve McMahon in 1992 in an effort to provide legal services for people like his parents. We are committed to providing the elder law services necessary for older Americans to plan for their future. We understand that older Americans have special legal needs and concerns.
At the McMahon Law Firm, we use estate planning, long range Medicaid planning, emergency Medicaid planning and long-term care planning tools to provide our clients with peace of mind. For more than 20 years, our attorneys have been serving the estate and Medicaid planning needs of generations of families throughout upstate New York.
I was born in Syracuse and I attended Westhill High School where I graduated at the very top of my class. I won a four year academic scholarship to Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York. After I graduated from LeMoyne College I attended the University of Notre Dame Law School in South Bend, Indiana.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We went to have our Wills revised. Very simple. Basic. Nothing complicated. Just our home and property. 3 grown children, so we wanted to put it in Trust for all 3 children. Simple, right? He itemized. and was double billing everything. We were expecting to pay a few hundred dollars, but, we were looking at a couple thousand when he got all done. We agreed to go back to FT Drum,and have Legal assistance, who do it for free for service members and retired service members. I asked him for a copy of the work sheet, he gave me blank pieces of paper without the figures
