I hired Action Plus Home Inspections to do an inspection on a home that I was planning to purchase. Cindy went above and beyond to reschedule the inspection multiple times due to several unanticipated delays.
On the day of inspection Bud and Cindy arrived early, were very professional and did a great job showing and explaining many concerns hey had with the home. The report was comprehensive and I especially liked how well organized and labelled each item was.

Bud and Cindy are wonderful! They had done most of the outside inspection before I arrived, but made sure to point things out to me. The inspection was quick with them working as a team, but thorough. I liked that they included photos in the report, and was very appreciative of the time they took to explain things to a first-time home buyer. Bud even talked to my dad on the phone when he had some further questions.

We are in the process of buying our first home. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bud and his wife. First, when I called Cindy answered and she was very helpful. She was kind and patient. She explained the entire inspecting process and what they would look at, how they would report things, and answered my many questions.

We contacted Action Plus after reading all of the great reviews about them. They provided a great inspection of our home. It never felt rushed and Bud was happy to answer all of my questions. The inspection report is flat out awesome with explanations, pictures and videos where necessary. The inspection was very thorough which has helped ease some of the anxiety from buying a new home. I plan to recommend them to any friends and family who need a home inspection done.

We had a great experience with Action Plus Home Inspections last fall when we were purchasing a HUD home. Bud was on top of every detail and encouraged us in our first efforts at remodeling. Bud is an amazing inspector. I am a first time home buyer and he took his time to explain everything to me. He showed how to maintain my home. Even though he didn't find much wrong with the house, I feel the knowledge I gained was well worth the expense. The report you get from them is very well written and includes photos of any issues. I highly recommend him to anyone needing an inspection.
