Greetings! My name is Troy and when I was searching for a designer and builder to manage a MAJOR remodeling project, I asked a friend who had completed a renovation. Linda Evans Design Group did a near full interior/exterior remodel on our home, including kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, flooring, interior & exterior paint, roof, and deck. Linda is extremely collaborative, an excellent project manager, has skilled subcontractors that do extremely careful work and who like working for her. She is extremely knowledgeable and because of that knowledge, is able to anticipate problems and devise solutions when problems occur. She stands behind all she does. Linda responded extremely quickly when I contacted her to talk about taking over a bathroom project, and then came to my house shortly after. Her time and people management, communication, and delivery of quality cannot be beat! Her team is an amazing and cohesive group of talented individuals and she was able to coordinate around my unusual and inconvenient work schedule. Thanks to Linda and her design group, we took our very dated master bathroom from turquoise Formica and pink vinyl flooring, with an oversized tub and a window that was falling off to a sleek, modern and well appointed Master Bath in three months. It was a sizeable task installing walls, completely renovating the shower and tub, putting in a new window and floating a tilting floor, plus building new cabinets and mirrored medicine cabinets above the sinks. She was dilligent, creative, professional and everything turned out better than what we expected. Highly recommend this Group.

One star is generous. I contacted three contractors in early April for an estimate on a fairly simple project, a concrete walkway replacement and a stair lift installation. Two of the three contractors were easy to work with, and provided estimates by email within about a week. By contrast, L. Evans Design Group, came out and spent more than an hour to look at the job, take measurements, and give a sales pitch. After the other bids came in, Evans wanted to set up a "meeting" to explain the estimate. I asked that it be mailed or emailed, as the others had done, so that I could compare
