During our first meeting we'll see if we're a fit for each other. We'll do a deep dive into your vision and make sure that we "get it." We'll talk about your budget in relation to your vision and consider possible options. We'll talk schedule, your role in the project and what you can expect from us.
Q: What is a Project Development Agreement? A: The Project Development Agreement allows our team to develop your project for construction. We'll work with you to create a design, develop plans, make selections & more. Doing the preconstruction homework up front prepares us for a much smoother construction process overall.

We had an interior remodel job that involved turning an open loft space into a bedroom. The folks at Highland Ridge were enthusiastic about the job, very clear and up-front about cost estimates- as the job got underway they really took time to stay in clear communication with us and to make the process as painless as possible. And the work itself was uniformly excellent and looks great. I highly recommend these guys and would work with them again in a heartbeat. Five stars!

We decided to go with Highland Ridge after meeting with a few other builders in the area and are so glad we did. They helped turn a partially walled off “bonus” room into a bedroom, complete with heat, a closet, and huge window. The team was timely and respectful even given the added precautions taken due to COVID-19. They were extremely competitive in their bid and did not go over in cost or time. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling needs.

Highland Ridge took our 1948 bungalow and turned it into pretty much a brand new house. New hardwoods, new roof, about 600 square feet of addition, remodeled 1 bathroom, added another, added a master suite and dining room, new kitchen, new siding, new paint....everything. Chris and John came to give us an estimate and they were spot on and didn't go over budget (and this was a big job). Erich was our project manager and all of their attention to detail and willingness to fix even the smallest of mistakes was a rare and appreciated quality. We discussed the scope of work in a single on-site meeting, and within a couple days they had a comprehensive plan and estimate developed. I gave them the go-ahead and they took it from there. I made a number of changes as the project progressed, and they priced those changes fairly.

Highland Ridge did our remodel of our kitchen and stairs. They were incredible and recommend them for all remodeling jobs. They always showed up on time when scheduled. Did impeccable work and were very thorough! Watched my budget and came in under budget. Was also easily adaptable to changes. Love the crew especially Erich. Highly recommend!!!

This was our first home remodel project and we were anxious about hiring a contractor. We met Chris, from Highland Ridge, at the Tour of Remodeled Homes in Portland, Oregon and were immediately impressed, not only by him, but his workmanship.
We hired Highland Ridge to do a complete remodel of our kitchen and master bathroom and have been… completely and continually impressed. This is a company of people who care about the work they do, the customer's wishes and the entire process. They are professional, have high integrity and a great work ethic.

As everyone knows remodeling can be stressful I just finished having Highland Ridge remodel my master bath and let me tell you I was not stressed at all! Everyone was very professional, my house was kept clean, and they were ON TIME.The customer service was outstanding any questions I had were answered quickly no matter what time I text or email … ,that alone is a big plus in my opinion. They have a great tool called Builder Trend where you can see the schedule of work to be done on your project so you know exactly what to expect everyday. I did interview others and then re-interviewed them

Highland Ridge, with the help of my decorator Susan Green, completely transformed my master bathroom that was sorely stuck in the 90’s.
