With 10+ years experience in the construction industry, David has spent the past five years as owner and GC of his own construction company where he's specialized in home renovations and additions, and small commercial construction projects. Along with his MBA degree, Scott spent 5+ years working in large commercial construction and has over nine years of small business management experience.

We hired 4th Ave to remodel an old familyroom into something more usable for us. They were thorough and upfront and made the whole process easy on us. The finished product is more than we could have hoped for. They are super nice and personable. The job they did was exactly what we wanted and so much more. We are so pleased with the job they have done and actually looked forward to having them here working every day. Would never want to hire anyone else.
