From the day I stepped into the home to view it, to leasing, moving in and living in the home, I have had nothing but positive experiences. My home is absolutely beautiful. My inquiries and requests are acknowledged, responded to and addressed promptly. Each time I have interacted with staff, they were professional, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to provide exemplary service. I would definitely recommend GSI Management.

Reading through the reviews, it is natural and obvious that not everyone is going to have the same experience in every place. However, I have had a great experience with the Property Manager and Maintenance! They are always very prompt, polite, and professional. I would definitely recommend GSI to all of my friends!!

I fortunately don't have the issues the other reviewers have with GSI, I've rented a home with them for 2 years and have had nothing but a positive experience dealing with the management and maintenance staff. I've only had the chance to work with Toshia and Clarence but both of them seemed professional and friendly. Repairs are fixed in a timely manner, they were very understanding when we had a mix up with our bank and Toshia was wonderful about getting us into the home when we needed even though it was short notice. So far I've been more than pleased with my experiences with this company.

Wish there was a zero star. I asked about sound noises between the townhouse since I was the first one to move in I was assured there was a solid wall and there would be no problems. I have had several complaints from my neighbors for my music being loud which can not even be heard outside of the home which tells you there is not a solid wall it is wood and no sound insulting between us. They have and still reapetedly beatbon my walls. They will not come out and do anything about it. We can hear each other come in the door hear walking up the stairs each oylthers tv. They are building another house

The receptionist and property manager have a really nasty way of communicating with their tenets. They have no clear understanding of custoner services and serving their customer the tenete. Month after month i recieve nothing but attitude and disregard from Tosh. It's unfortunate that the landlord places her as the face and voice of their company she's the rrue problem and if they stepped up and delt with some of the issues. My compalints could be avoided.
