Whatever you do, DO NOT MOVE HERE! They somehow don’t pay our water bill so it is shut off all the time. They don’t pay the electric bills in the hallways, so it’s constantly dark. They call it “Quiet Luxury” , they probably call it that because they have no staff running the place ever. The health department is constantly called because of the bills not being paid and the trash over flowing in the dumpsters. Please, don’t do this to yourself, there are better places around here to live. Such a disappointment and if someone even mentioned the Fairway, I would automatically get it out

The best advice I could ever give you in life is to never ever consider living at the fairway. Before I even moved in, my roommate was living there already and told me about how no one was in the office for weeks so students couldn't even move In because there was no one to give them there keys. Also, before I moved in, ALL of the staff had walked out and quite simultaneously and didn't warn anyone. Absolutely terrible place! I moved out in August and still have not received my security deposit. I called more than 50 times, and no response! Stay away from this place. I see other people have the same problem. I am thinking of starting a lawsuit! This is ridiculous! I have never had a landlord like this. JUST STAY AWAY from this place if you do not want to get robbed!

This is a shady organization. My son signed a contact for here and NEVER was given his apartment. He signed in December for the 2021-22 school year. He paid the deposit & 1st months rent. On the move in date it was discovered that their unit had been given to another renter. The new assigned unit had flooded & there was no estimated time for repair. 3 out town students had to scramble for alternate living the weekend before classes started. The worst part is there was no local management to talk to & the Nelson Group contacts talked in circles. We STILL have not had resolution for this nor our

Horrible management and maintenance services. It has taken over 6 weeks for my washing machine to get looked at and replaced (which still has not happened) and took over 2 months for the kitchen sink that flooded daily to be fixed. The building lights in the stairwell and hallway have also been out for several weeks, so it feels very unsafe leaving my apartment in the dark. I was also promised a flat screen tv upon move in and 3 months later, I am still waiting for one. The new appliances are very nice and while the walls are fairly thin you still get a lot of privacy. The maintenance was awful while I was living there (laundry machine & toilet overflow, water leaking from ceiling, you can literally hear your neighbors breathing, and so many other things) but I tried not to leave any negative comments. But not receiving my deposit money after 5 months from my move-out date is just crazy!!!! Told me they have taken care of it, but haven’t got ANY call back or emails after 4 months. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY! Just avoid this place.

This apartment complex currently has no receptionist no mangers and no maintenance on site. There are no employees and no one fixing anything. The pool is green and you won’t be able to reach anyone by phone or email DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will regret it. Go ANYWHERE else but the fairway it’s honestly been horrible living here this past month there’s mold and bugs and no work being done in the apartment. 0/10. Please save yourself the headache.

This place is terrible. Office is in shambles and is constantly being replaced/never there. I moved in not knowing if I had an apartment because they wouldn't answer my calls. I was gross when I moved in, still don't have access to my mailbox after 2 months, have a spider problem, and maintenance does not fix any of my requests even if they come. Overall, the apartment is pretty big and has new appliances, but you can tell they don't take care of the rest of it. The pool is green and the halls are old and gross. I lived at The Fairway for a year and it was by far, the best complex I've lived in Lafayette/West Lafayette. Great price for the location and such large, open rooms. The community was nice and quiet as well. Less than a five minute drive to Purdue. And the celery bog/park is a short 20 minute walk away as well. Management was excellent as well. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, it was handled quickly and efficiently. If I ever moved back to the area, it would be here.

This apartment is way more expensive than other apartments in the same area. So you can easily expect something more. There are good things about this apartment such as location or the amenities.
But I had a lot of troubles with the management. The apartment was dusty when we moved in. One of the blinds was broken and taken off from the window. And they never responded to my email requests before I moved in. The staffs change too often, so it was hard to get a right answer.

Please stay away!!! So-called 'Quiet Luxury ' has poor maintenance and VERY BAD SERVICE. Staff there are very rude especially their manager Sara. She often came into my apt without my permission and once even came in and woke me up when I was sleeping on Friday morning and ask me to move out. During winter, they didn't clean piled snow very often. Once the heater leaked, it took them a whole week to fix that and they just leave a huge water pump in my apt hall way which really bothers me.

Stay away! First of all, apartment is just ordinary apartment, nothing special for that price, very expensive. Second of all, and most important, staff is very very very rude and unprofessional. They come to your apt and take pics without permission, don't let you renew the lease before deadline, giving up your apt to someone else before your decision.

Location is great, quality of the apartment is good, parking space is limited and small, the service and professionalism of the office staff is horrendously awful!!!
After moving out, we received a letter thinking that we would get a full return on the deposit, since we used the apartment to make sure we maintain it's original condition and not to mention cleaned the unit spotless clean before we moved out, however to shock we were charged an extra amount that was equivalent to the original deposit amount of $200. We called over 5 times requesting for a call back but never received a call
