Floor boards are barely installed and you can physically shift them, the walls do not absorb any sound from the neighbors and they are heavily cracked. Washer and Dryer are very old and even after snaking the line still takes three runs to completely dry a small load. Granite does not give reasonable notice before entering your home for their random inspections (think text at 9am them there two hours later) but if you make a maintenance request you will be waiting one to two months for it. Parking in the winter is awful, you will be blocked into your spot because they only clear straight down the

Very upset with mgt. Had this apartment 6 months stayed their for 4 and they brought 2 to 3 people a day thru to look at apartment for showingd.It was a rare day they were not doing showings in apartment. Very intrusive. I never complained. Upon moving out i paid rent for 2 months i would not be there since i signed a lease and stated apartment had been cleaned. Asked if i could change over utilities since we were gone and no one using apartment they said sure . Now that 2 months are up and time to return full deposit they want to charge 25.00 fee and utility charges. Called and got a very rude
