Our mission at Rainbow Connection Preschool is to provide your child a strong foundation for a Christian based education that feeds his curiosity and equips him for readiness into kindergarten. Our program offers a versatile developmental curriculum that encourages parent participation while at the same time emphasizes the value of education and fuels the child's desire to learn.
Developmental psychologists and learning theorists suggest that the attitudes of a child about self, others, and the world are well formed by the time of entry into the first grade. Our interesting and academically appropriate curriculum is thoughtfully and carefully planned. Each thematic unit feed the student's curiosity to learn and includes concern for the development of the whole child to enhance their growth and learning.
The curriculum covers the following areas: language, math, science, large muscle development, fine motor skills, music activities, creative art, social/emotional growth, spiritual development, sensory activities and age appropriate technology.The ultimate purpose is the enhancement of optimal development for the individual child.

My kids have been at Rainbow for 5 years so far and it has been a stellar experience. The teachers have cared for each of them in their unique needs and personalities. They faithfully live and teach their Christian values. My kids love going every time. I love their learning-through-play philosophy, and it works. I also appreciated being able to start my October birthday but academically advanced son early because of flexibility in their age/start date. It’s been a complete Godsend to our family!

Great teachers, kind management and friendly environment for little kids. We Highly recommend it. Our little girl enjoyed there 2 years. We regretted why we didn't choose it for pre-k. Teachers are awesome, professional and very kind to kids. Your kids will love here. Our kid miss Rainbow connection very much.

Thanks for Rainbow Connection Preschool and all their staff. They are the hidden gem in Richardson. My daughter loves Rainbow Connection Preschool and her class teacher Ms. Carver so very much. They are the best, they truly lived out and delivered their mission statement. I do recommended this to you and I believe all kids is deserved to be treated as God's children, and Rainbow Connection did it. Thank you for everything.

We love Rainbow Connection! The teachers and staff are kind, welcoming, and engage with the children to make each school day a great one! We are so impressed with the way that the program/curriculum is chosen, prepared and structured - the variety of lessons, the hands-on activities, and all the creative ways of learning that are encouraged! Our daughter completed the pre-k program well-prepared for Kindergarten and beyond.

Our family is extremely happy with Rainbow Connection Preschool. The majority of the teachers have teaching degrees (or other related degrees), and all have been working at the school for 7+ years. All of the curriculum is planned carefully and with children's development in mind. We never see worksheets, but we do see pictures of of our children measuring ingredients in a recipe (math), planting and tending a garden (science), bathing a live baby, show and tell (public speaking), and many other hands-on learning activities. The teachers hold conferences with parents at least once per semester

This is my son's second year at Rainbow Connection Preschool, and I couldn't be happier with his experience. The small setting gives each teacher the ability to focus on each individual student and my son leaves each day feeling like he was well-cared for and loved. All the teachers have degrees and backgrounds in education which helps emphasis the importance education has at this school--as well as the Christian foundation. I'm excited for my 2nd son to begin his experience next year!

I cannot say enough great things about Rainbow Connection Preschool! My son is in his second year there and he loves it. All summer long, he asked me "When can I go back to school?" The teachers and staff are so friendly and well trained in what they do. The learning atmosphere really fosters creativity and growth. Also, seeing how my son has grown in his social development during his time at Rainbow has been great.

As a former elementary teacher I have high standards for my children's preschool experience. Rainbow is a safe, loving environment where kids learn and grow while playing. Activities are varied and engaging, giving children lots of experiences that are developmentally appropriate. There is a standard of excellence in everything they do, including very special events for parents. All the teachers and staff are experienced, we have loved them all. My daughter loves the snacks they provide which are often related to their unit (and they often help cook), and the motor room is a favorite!

My son LOVES Rainbow Connection Preschool! I have been so happy with both my son and my experiences with the school. This is our first year here and my son's first time with preschool and he absolutely loves it! The classes are small, about 4 or 5 children per class, classes are very well structured and the teachers are experienced and handle the children very well. The playground is a great size and a blast for the kids. The families are always invited to the church's family festivals even if they're not a member. The kids are always making artwork and bringing home really neat creations. There
