Horrible experience here. It's dark and ugly inside for starters... which is my first time experiencing that in a flower shop. The owner treated us like we were intruders and was extremely rude.
Don't blindly support a small business... some places do not deserve our coins.

Incredibly rude and arrogant staff. Don't bother going here. There are so many other places that would be happy to put together a beautiful arrangement.

Blown away by the beautiful roses my love got me for Valentines Day!! Jutta's has top notch roses and never disappoints. My family and I have been loyal customers for 20 years. If you want perfection, step back in time and enter this quaint neighborhood old world floral shop, and Jutta and Todd will take care of you!

Really lovely place with nice flowers. I like stopping by Jutta's to pick up a simple bouquet whenever I'm getting groceries at Star Grocery. The owners work with my budget and are very sweet people!

I love supporting this small independent business. I've been coming by for many years for last minute orders. I'm always treated with respect regardless of budget. The owners do a beautiful job of arranging flowers. The selection of curated flowers is so much better than the generic offerings at TJs and other grocery stores.

Bought a bunch of lilac's this afternoon, was told they would last up to a week if cared for. couple hours later they were completely droopy, leaves curling. the worst part when i called to kindly inquire i was told i must have done something wrong. i explained that i followed their instructions exactly: went straight home, no more than 20 minute drive-trimmed and cut as directed, added packet, placed on table away from sunlight. their response was "no one else has complained"- and was hung up on.

I was supposed to receive a basket of flowers from my in-laws via Jutta's. I live in a condo which only requires a 4 digit pin to get in, or a simple callbox (as do all gated condo complexes). For some reason they decided not to deliver to my building because "it requires driving around and looking for the unit". I've received plenty of flowers from other services before, unfortunately Jutta's will not be one of them. Very disappointed.

I have been a long time customer of Jutta's Flowers and each arrangement is more exquisite than the last. Jutta and Todd are warm, welcoming and always create unique and beautiful floral arrangements.
The shop is like walking into a wonderland of beauty, scents, unique gifts and elegant raku pottery. Flowers from Jutta's makes a memorable statement in any home or for any occasion!

Rude is all I can say. The bearded man (owner I believe) who works here is the rudest person ever. I've lived in the neighborhood 13 years and each time I've been in and have encountered him I've received the same unwarranted rude treatment. Today is the last, I won't be returning.

This is my favorite neighborhood spot for the most unique variety of fresh flowers and potted plants, for one of a kind holiday decor, beautiful not seen elsewhere greeting cards, a beautiful assortment of ribbon sold by the yard, and various special items for the home (many from Japan and Germany). The made to order bouquets and wreaths are out of this world.

My family has been going to Jutta's for years. It's an amazing neighborhood shop and Jutta and Todd are incredibly warm and helpful. Whenever we need flowers or want to get a lovely gift for friends, we always end up at Jutta's. Most recently, Jutta's made us an AMAZING floral arrangement for my mom's 60th birthday party - it was outrageously beautiful and everyone at the party was in awe. Anyway, I highly recommend Jutta's if you're looking for beautiful flowers and other gifts and want friendly and helpful customer service in the process.

Love this place! I want to buy a special thank you gift for someone in Berkley. The gentleman on the phone tells me they have raku pots and orchids, awesome! I googled raku pot, so many different looks / styles. I asked him what they look like, he says they have cracks and that he can't tell me anything else.
When I asked for a photo he says "we are not set up for that".
I said "what?"
Clerk: "we are not set up for that"
Me: "can you take a picture of your favorite one and send it to me?"
Clerk: "no, we do not that"
Me: "seriously

My husband has been getting me arrangements from here since 2007 or so and every single time they have been AMAZING! This last arrangement was for Valentine's Day and although roses are traditional and beautiful, these were much more beautiful and admired.

I've gotten different types of flower arrangements from birthdays to anniversaries, each was different, with different type of beautiful flowers. Always admired and envied by my co-workers.

Guys, if you want to make a statement, get you flowers from here, you significant other will love them.

I called Jutta's a few days before attending an event at the Claremont that I needed two arrangements for. I told her my budget and what colors I was looking for and left the rest up to her. When I went to pick up the flowers they were absolutely stunning especially for the price. Both husband and wife are so friendly and personable and their shop is the cutest thing ever. It really is a hidden gem. This is definitely my new favorite flower shop!

Jutta is amazing! She made the flower arrangements for my wedding and she was also the one who married us. She has the best laugh and walking into her shop is our favorite thing to do on Sundays. If you want brains and class and wit on top of gorgeous flowers - this is the place to go.

I have been visiting Jutta and Todd for over a year now. My original visit was to check out the some of their flowers but I ended up staying in their "treasure" room during most of my visits. The store has a welcoming-home feel which is reinforced by the professionalism and friendliness both Jutta and Todd exude.

Both Jutta and Todd provide an artful craftsmanship in their creations. I have been lucky enough to witness how much care and insight goes into the creation of their arrangements.

I'm surprised this place doesn't have more reviews. I popped in on the way to a friend's concert and was looking for a small simple bouquet with white flowers. They walked me through the options and put something together that was in my price range and style. I thought the end product was very classy and the service was impeccable.

Jutta's Flowers is not your typical florist. Jutta and Todd are the most knowledgeable and friendly people you want to meet. They are very professional, love their work and have created in their shop a welcoming "nes," a beautiful place where many returning customers and friends enjoy dropping by, spending time and celebrating at times. The quality of their fresh flowers and plants is wonderful. Many, many seasonal gift items carefully chosen by Jutta from various parts of the world decorate the shop and await you!

Jutta's is a Flower Shop and more. The space winds around a bit and is sprinkled with all sorts of interesting gifts from around the world. The Flower arrangements look gorgeous and it was a joy to watch Jutta in action. A serene Coda to this space is a pretty garden/patio space in back.

My only concern was her assistant who I felt was hovering a bit too much. It's the kind of behaviour that made me feel that I was being profiled as a shoplifter. I'll roll with it the next time I'm back as this flowers, gift, and shop experience is too good to pass up.

Jutta brings creativity, beauty, whimsy and drama to her flower arrangements. Her shop carries lovely vases, pots, candles, dishes and other items for the table and the home. Jutta takes the time to talk and enjoy the customer.
Jutta is particularly special to me because she stayed well after her closing time recently so that I could pick up a beautiful bouquet to take to dinner at our friends' house. She is the best!
