Grand Flowers

I checked online for rose flower bundles since I needed to send one as a birthday present to a relative. I tracked down this best blossom shop and chose to put in a request for a rose bouquet. The individual who got the gift adored it to such an extent. It was truly new when she got it. I intend to submit a request again for sending gifts. The conveyance is so fast!

I asked for big sympathy flowers to be delivered to a funeral today. As much as I am in pain dealing with loss, I am more highly disappointed with the product, customer service (follow up, post delivery), and the overall experience. When I first made the order, I was met with great customer service on a call with I believe her name is Teresa. She took my money, the generous tip I gave in advance, assured me that the flowers is 6 foot and very big in height and size just like the photo on the website. Little did I know, the flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the photo and when I called

I went to Grand flowers in a rush. In hopes to get my gf a beautiful bouquet. Not only did they have amazing options to choose from but also fresh and full. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. Glad Grand flowers was open during this pandemic. Will be coming back very soon.

Wonderful service! I would order from them again! Parisa was very communicative and friendly. I easily ordered online the night before and the delivery was made by 12 noon. I found Grand Flowers through a google map search that was closest to the delivery location and so wasn't sure what how it would work out. It went wonderfully! Grand Flowers made this so easy!

This place is amazing. I ordered online this morning around 8:30AM, and it was delivered by 11AM. the owner is a very sweet and upbeat woman. Definitely going to use them again!

I’m so sorry to say this but I had a terrible experience with this flower shop. I went there with full confidence and trust based on other ratings and now I wish I didn’t. Flowers were supposed to be 10-12 calla lilies filled with white veronicas and some “ green filling stuff if necessary.” It was supposed to be a bouquet for a bride and it ended up looking horrible! There were barely 10 calla lilies and some white wild looking flowers which were already half dead. Since the flowers were delivered while I wasn’t home, I didn’t had a chance to say anything but I’m definitely going

I live in Canada & have flowers delivered from this place 2 or 3 times a year for my mother .She always call me and says the flowers and service are top notch and i have used them for yrs and im about to order some right now for Mothers Day for my mom .

If I could give less stars I would. Most unprofessional florist I have ever experienced. They call to schedule a delivery, they said they'd be there in an hour. Told the caller to have the driver call me when he was there as its a gated & locked community. Hours later, no delivery. Call back. New girl who answers said the driver was there earlier but I wasn't home. Not true I tell her as I had been there the entire time & he couldn't have knocked on my door because of the gate/locks. She said she'd check w/the driver. Calls me back said the drive has not been in my area so far today - caught you

THE BEST! Parisa took the time to collaborate on the phone with me to create a unique and beautiful bouguet for someone who needed cheering up. She was flexible and patient and friendly, and texted me pics of the available vases and the finished bouquet! The price was reasonable and she went and delivered the bouquet a couple minutes after we got off the phone! VERY personal, individulized service with a smile in her voice!
