Our company offers property management at a fee of 9% of the monthly rent. We will also find a tenant for you at a fee equal to one months rent. Obtaining a quality tenant and maintaining good communications is essential in serving your best interest. We can do as much or as little as you the landlord requests.

After receiving the rent, we will pay your mortgage payment, deposit rent in your bank, or mail a check directly to you. List only services: We list and market the property, schedule all showings, screen applications and prepare the lease. You take over the day to day management after a tenant is secured.

Cindy has been a licensed Realtor in the State of Maryland since 1985. In 1988 she began specializing in the property management field. In 1995 Cindy became a Maryland Real Estate Broker. Cindy's commitment to excellence can be seen in her ongoing education and her involvement with organizations related to property management.

I own three rental properties in different states. Residential Management has done the best job keeping my property in top-notch condition for 17 years. Cindy Jacobs belongs to the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Cindy and her staff have a higher level of knowledge and obligation than my other property managers (who are not NARPM) and it is apparent in the results. With non-NARPMs, there is no recourse when issues were not handled appropriately, whereas NARPM will intervene, if needed. I would highly Residential Management. Only wish I could clone them! Thank you

If there ever were ever a "Realtors Dictionary" and need for a DEFINITION, word or a phrase that could Encompass everything about SUBSTANDARD Service, Extreme Rudeness, beyond belief UNPROFESSIONALISM, Money hungry, lack of compassion, unresponsiveness, and inhumane treatments of Tenants "Maryland Residential Management" (Nancy) would definitely FIT all characteristics!
AVOID this unprofessional agency AT ALL COSTS!!!

I've known them since 2009 and all the residents of places that they manage have ALWAYS had nice things to say about them, mostly about that they repsond to their needs. We like working with them as a vendor because we too like making the resident satisfied.

The women working in that office are very unprofessional. They clearly does not like their jobs. The rudest of them all is Wendy. Management should replace them and get new staff! I’ve honestly never had to deal with such mean women in a leasing office in my life. Every time I call I feel like I’m causing a disturbance because they honestly don’t want to work.

We have utilized Maryland Residential Management company for 20 years +. They have excellent communication with us regarding our rental unit in Crofton, Md. Any repairs or replacements that are needed are handled quickly and efficiently. They always check with me prior to initiating work on our rental unit. They listen to my suggestions when replacement appliances are required. I am fully informed prior to major work being performed. They also carefully vet prospective tenants carefully before signing a new rental contract. The fast response from the staff whenever there is an issue with our rental

I’m not sure why all the bad reviews exist as we had a very positive experience renting for two years with Cindy, Nancy, Allison, and Wendy. They were always supportive and attentive to our needs, including Allison going well above and beyond in dealing with the property owners’ home warranty company for us with a broken fridge. Maintenance was regular and timely, they picked up the emergency line the one time we needed it, and they didn’t hassle us at all over the security deposit refund. The only reason we stopped renting with them was to buy our own home, but we greatly appreciated their

Giving this company a 1 is too high. I have never in my life had to deal with such a rude, money hungry group of women in my life! I am a great tenant with a credit score of 785 and always paid my rent on time or early. I've been in the United States Air Force for almost 18 years and have lived all over the world. Maryland Residential Management Company is the absolute worst!! Do not deal with them if you can help it. I lived in one of their condos for 12 months and moved, not because I didn't like the condo, but ONLY because of that company!!! I hate moving but that's how much I hated dealing

Wish I could gave a ZERO star. All this reviews are spot on. These women are rude and only out for themselves. I wish I had read these reviews before I signed with them. I would have chosen a different property that they were not affiliated with. I cannot wait for my lease to end. This going to be a LONG year with them. And why are they so behind the times? You can't pay your rent electronically. You have to mail it in or drop it off in person. Get up to date and set up an online paying option. If you are looking for a management company DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You have been warned. This is not
