As a Silver River Property Management owner-client, sit back, relax and let us handle everything. We understand two of the biggest risks that landlords face: eviction expenses and pet damage. Our risk mitigation guarantee will reimburse you up to $1,000 in eviction fees, or $1,000 in pet damage (to a maximum of $1,000 per lease), if these costs exceed the amount of the tenants' security deposit.
Silver River Property Management is a family-owned business. Our clients experience us as very personable while always professional. The fees we charge for outstanding service are surprising to our clients: never more than 9% of rental income and less for multi-property owners. We are reasonable and fair.
While our office is in Bowie, we manage properties located in Prince George's, Anne Arundel, Howard and Montgomery Counties. Silver River has been operating under one ownership since 2002. It is incorporated in the State of Maryland and is in good standing with the Secretary of State. Dan Stein, the company president, is also licensed by the Maryland Real Estate Commission lic.

I have used Silver River to manage my rental for several years and can attest to the quality of their support. I managed the property myself for years and I'm pretty demanding about good service to my tenants. Silver River is quick to respond and find solutions for problems. They have an excellent network of contractors.
They have been great about consulting and advising me about the care of the property. In my time with Silver River, I have had four reps and all have been excellent. I also like their financial reports, making my bookkeeping much easier.

Silver River Rental Property Management has been nothing short of a nightmare. The day we were supposed to go through the walk thru they didn't have the keys to the property. They had to contact the previous renter for the keys. The house was not cleaned, carpet not cleaned, the walls were filthy, light bulbs missing, needed paint etc. They did not even cut the yard for the walk thru. We had to move our stuff in the garage on our move in date just so they could get the carpet cleaned and have the movers come back days later. I have been at the property 3 weeks and have been home almost 3 days out

Silver River Property Management has been amazing! I moved into my home a little over two weeks ago and things are going really well! I would like to give a special shout out to Breanna Leggins, my property manager, and her colleagues who have been amazing!! Breanna is very responsive and diligent in following through and ensuring that things are done! Every request that I have had, she responded immediately, including weekends and evenings, and took the necessary steps to address my concerns. Silver River has managed our rental property for 5 years and performed exceptionally well. The company is straightforward, provides sound advice and counsel, and has continually found great tenants for our property. We're on our 4th tenants in 5 years. They work with both our warranty and their trusted network of maintenance professionals. They're are just really great people. Dan and Chris have answered any questions we've had. Betsy was great. We are a vendor that does HVAC Services for Silver River. We have been working with them a little over 13 months. We love working with everyone at Silver River. All the managers are highly responsive and in constant communication with us. Just like us we work 24/7, they respond 24/7, as well. In this type of business that does matter and it is appreciated!
As far as upper Management, Chris Stein is fantastic! He is always available if there is an issue or concern!
Another additional point, they are super organized and always pay their invoices promptly! That is much appreciated!

We have had great service in renting our townhouse for the last 5 years. Definitely will use them in the future. Our last property manager did not respond quickly to issues in the home(leak in basement). Silver River has responded to similar issues in a very responsive manner. They also helped me screen prospective renters while my wife and I were living in Nevada giving us a great piece of mind. The last few years I have worked with Nari and she has always responded back to my emails within the day. When I was selecting Silver River years ago, Dan would respond to me in off hours. We highly recommend
