I wanted to find a salon in NYC that does CND Plexigel nail overlays for my daughter. I personally use CND products in my own business, and I put a set of Plexigel nails on her while she was home over the holidays. She was in need of a balance/fill after 4 weeks (no breaks or lifts just grown out) and I wanted to find the same product she already had on. I was thrilled to find Escape Skin Care Salon & Day Spa (a certified CND salon) Vicki did a beautiful job with my daughters nails!!! Professional and friendly. I came in to fix my nails! I had gel x nails and they were not working out, Emilia did the sweetest work on my nails to get them looking lovely for the remainder of my trip! She even offered touching up as needed during my stay. She was definitely patient and you can tell she puts a lot of time in for her business.
My friend and I later returned for a full body massage and all I can say is Nicoleta did a great job. She even offered tips to keeping my skin/ body moisturized!
Will definitely stop by again on my next trip to New York!

Lovely little nail spot I found completely by accident! It's so rare to find nail salons where they truly take their time to provide you with a 5 star experience. And the staff is just so pleasant to be around. Will definitely recommend to my friends and will make sure to come back even though it's out of my way!

The owner is one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. When I made the appointment for 5 Mani pedis, she was very accommodating and said she would stay open late just for our party. When we switched to 4 people, she had no problem switching our appointments. She was extremely friendly and personable on the phone.
Our party got there a bit late and some walk-ins had come in and demanded that they get their nails done. The owner agreed so my party had to wait a bit until they were done. They took us as the walk ins finished.
