I shopped around and not only did he offer the most competitive pricing for a pre purchase inspection, but he submitted an extremely detailed report within no more than 24 hours. In fact, I got my report after 12 hours and it was the most detailed inspection report I've ever had. Tom was able to provide a home inspection within 2 days of me calling him which was amazing as I was in a time crunch and had a short inspection period. He took his time and was very thorough. He inspected every inch including the crawl space, I feel that i got a super accurate appraisal of the condition of the home that I was about to buy due to the quality of his inspection.

I called HHH Home inspection service and needed a inspection done the same day as I called to get a great deal on a forclosed home and Tom Hession made the appointment 4 hours after the call. He did an awesome job and inspected walked the roof, examined the electrical and plumbing thoroughly.
