Our Premium Package will have you sleeping well knowing all's well under your roof plus 20% savings. Use our online scheduler for 24/7 access to get your inspection scheduled as soon as possible. The scope of work may be modified in writing, by the Client and Inspector prior to the inspection process.
It's valid for home inspections performed for home buyers or sellers by participating InterNACHI(R) members. Eligible with a home inspected by one of our Certified Professional Inspectors through InterNACHI(R). The Guarantee excludes homes with material defects not present at the time of the inspection, or not required to be inspected, per InterNACHI's Residential Standards of Practice.
ENHANCED POOL INSPECTION WITH WATER LOSS DETECTION - (PERFORMED AT SEPARATE TIME FROM FULL HOME INSPECTION, based off of availability) - While your swimming pool may be a major source of enjoyment, it needs to be kept in good working order to be usable and not damage the surrounding area. Regional Termite & Pest Control has been providing termite and pest control services since 1997. The company owner, and founder, James Brooks has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. Their employees are trained, licensed professionals who understand the importance of customer service as well as the technical requirements of any pest control job.
Any person or business who operates a "public lodging establishment" in which units/rooms are rented for periods of less than 30 days (transient lodging) and any person or business in which units/rooms are rented for periods of at least 30 days (non-transient). The Inspector will visually inspect the balconies to include decking, wall attachments, ledger boards, railings and all fasteners.

This is the second time I've used Solid Rock Inspections for my home. I used them at the time of my initial purchase and had a great experience so when I was shopping for new insurance and needed an updated 4 Point and Wind Mit inspection, I knew I wanted to use them again.
