Hand sanitizer is available to you at any time, throughout the studio. If you are fully vaccinated, masking in optional. We do require ALL students to show proof of vaccination before entering for their first training session or class. Since making this transition, our students have been staying more committed to training and getting their weekly classes in, whether it's live or via recording (access to recordings expire 7 days after the live class). Also, it is a way to still hold myself accountable to do a workout - with still being able to follow a scheduled time and day, there is no excuse to not get a workout in.
This workout is truly the best of both worlds! Fusing popular moves from Pilates and Yoga, we are cranking up the speed to give you a high intensity, low impact workout no matter what your age or fitness level. What to burn calories and get that lean look you have always wanted? This workout is for you!
This yoga class is a moderately paced class appropriate for newbie & experienced yogis alike. A mixed style class incorporating vinyasa yoga as well as attention to alignment and technique. Modifications are given allowing the students to choose a more beginning or more advanced practice according to their needs.

Please don’t believe the negative reviews left under this business. A certain individual has taken it upon herself to be dramatic and do this to many business owners in the area. Kendra is very well respected in this community and I would take classes from her anytime, anywhere! ❤️

Kendra likes to go online and slander businesses that she has never worked with in any capacity. what she conveniently forgets is that the business that she slandered on behalf of a friend of a friend has done free work in the area often that benefits the area that she conducts her business.
she threatens children online and is not someone that I would trust around my child, nor would I want to be around her. If you would like recommendations for similar places to go that are actually open and operating please email me anytime :D

Kendra is super fun and high energy! I've been going to her aerial classes for a few months now. She offers many different classes and a friend of mine does personal training with her. She has high intensity workouts like boot camp but also offers yoga (aerial and regular). I first went to her class with some friends for my birthday and was hooked! Check out her website for the schedule. She's also on Facebook and has answered all of my questions within a day of asking.
