NEVER AGAIN, took my wife ring in for repair, way over charged me but i wanted to support local. the end result, he broke the prongs on the ring, costed me twice as much to repair someplace else. the worse part, he wouldn't even admit he was the one that damaged the ring. never again, never again, never again

I came to The Diamond Mine to see about getting my wife’s engagement ring fixed. The band, on one side, broke off the setting. I went to a few different “bigger” more commonly known jewelry stores, they immediately went to selling us a new band, rather than repairing the issue. Robert and his wife, Candice, were very helpful and pleasant. He fixed my problem for $37. Other places were quoting $500. He repaired, polished, and reshaped my wife’s ring in 5 minutes. They have earned a customer for life.

Took my ring guard set in to be separated. They did a great job, very thorough on looking at the guards and explaining what could be done and what couldn't be done. The owners are very personable and will take the time to explain what action to take. They promised turn around time to be be the following week (mid). Received call on Weds to say the job was complete. Robert and Candace was great to work with and did a great job. Price was very good.

Will never use this jeweler again!! I brought several pieces of jewelry to be repaired. I specifically asked for parts to be replaced on my jewelry; they just repaired them while charging me for replacement parts. Very dishonest.
I was quoted around $225 and when I picked up my jewelry the bill was over $400. They did not give me a written receipt...I had to ask for one.
In addition...the repairs they made have already broken and it's only been around 1 -2 years. Not good business!!
