What a pleasant experience at Eye Site today. I didn’t have to wait at all, and the initial eye exams were great. Dr. Howard saw me and explained everything about the photos of my eyes. He was friendly, and I didn’t seem to be rushed. The eyeglasses lady, Mary, was so helpful with my selection. I left feeling happy!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr Howard was very thorough with the exam and made recommendations for helping with my dry eyes. The staff went above and beyond to get what was needed done in picking out glasses and getting things ordered and checking out. Pleasant experience! Wanted to stay and get to know these people!

I have never had such an extensive eye exam. I was a new patient and my appointment was 2 hours long but at the end I understood why. He found several things wrong with my eyes and by the time he was explaining everything I understood why I was having vision problems. The most important thing he found was I am at the beginning stages of Macular Degeration because of age. I'm 70. He suggested a vitamin that could help slow the progress..

The original prescription was written incorrectly. We ordered the new eyewear elsewhere. I wore the glasses for about one week hoping I would adjust. After experiencing several bad headaches I returned to the store where I ordered them from. They checked the lenses to the prescription and found a huge error on the right lens. I returned to Eye Site of Crestview. And yes they made an error on the prescription. After getting examined I was given a new prescription. 10 minutes later I receive a call from the office telling me to return as the doctor wanted to exam my left eye. Why he didn't test
