Been waiting a month for a case after being told there are many available. Attended “Orientation” I sent emails for updates to 2 different people, I had to keep sending emails for a reply. I was hired the beginning of December and it is now the ending of January. They only recruit for commission, don’t take this para job serious. People have bills to pay this agency is completely cruel, dishonest and unprofessional. I found another job elsewhere and I’m already working. Disgusting.

I don’t understand why people giving 1 star this agency deserve 5 stars I would recommend a united staffing solution to anyone seeking employment, because they are a reliable agency that caters for flexibility. Please stay away from this agency. Three days after I started an assignment, they called me and said that they were unable to pay the agreed upon rate. It was a classic bait and switch. I told them I woould not agree to the lowered rate. Marquita was unprofessional and vulgar via text messaging even telling me to go online and submit a review.

Worst Agency ever. Hundred of emails and voicemails and messages and nobody answered. They transfer you from one person to another and nobody holds responsibility for anything. Totally waste of time. I did all the training and wasted my time and I was never contacted back from them. I had to call 10 times to reach the useless recruiter I had.

This is literally the worst Staffing Agency.
