You will not find a better repair shop! I used Julio and his family run facility 5 times in the past year. Color match and workmanship outstanding. Bentley had a hard time matching the color on their own product, Impex perfect match! I have used exotic specialty shops at 5 x the price, that only wish they could deliver this Quality.

Julio and the staff here are great to work with! I’m sorry to say I lost my cool when my insurance company caused a situation with the payment. Julio stepped in and took care of it and I couldn’t of been happier when he streamlined the process for me. Thanks again for the great service and excellent repair to my Silverado. This Company is AMAZING(in every respect)!! I was treated like family and I think they loved my car as much as I do. This was my second time in having repairs done by Impex!! The first was from a woman side-swiping my car, and then this one from a man rear ending my car. Once again my car looks like new (although it's a 2014 VW). Their professionalism, their quality, their promptness, and their status updates are impeccable. Before my first repair I was kind of skeptical, but now I won't go anywhere else!! It’s really no surprise that this place has such amazing reviews, They really are the best and they treat you 100% like family. This is my first time being in an accident and having to take my car to get fixed and I know I was a complete nightmare but not only did they do a great job on my car after what a pain I was but the owner Julio and his family were understanding to the stress I was under and showed me and my dog nothing but kindness. WOW! 10 stars would not be enough as these guys are beyond amazing. I was deeply impressed with customer service first and foremost, and then with how perfectly and quickly they fixed my car that was damaged in a fender bender. I was told that the wait time may be a few weeks due to supply issues (which is understandable in October of 2021!) however it ended up being just four days from the moment I dropped the car off to picking up. They kept me informed about the progress during the process, and to top it all off, treated me to some wonderful Argentinian pastries which is apparently what they

I was referred to Impex by my insurance company to replace my back bumper after getting rear ended. The whole experience was great. The team was helpful, courteous and quick. When I dropped my car off, they called Enterprise to come pick me up to get my rental and when I went to pick my car back up, I was able to leave my rental car with them. This type of service and partnership made the whole process easy.

If I could, I would give these auto angels a 5000 star review. I've never done business with anyone that treated me so much like family, and with so much care. I was in between this business and another one, (they both had a 4.9 star rating, but Julio had many more WONDERFUL reviews,) and after prayig and talking to my sis ... this was the one I chose. And man, it was blessing after blessing after that.
